If the goal is to get a travel history and get your passport a bit busy, I'd suggest you go to Benin Republic for a start and maybe Togo later: Ghana is complex. Bcuz them don shut down our power transformer, only God knows when they will fix it for they said they need N500k...

My questions are:
1. Will two mono 160w of solar panel power my 2 165 battery connected in series daily?

Bro, its a simple formular u need to apply. since u are operating on 24v. it means the 2batteries remains 165ah. to charge anything, u need to multiply the battery ah by 2.5. if u buy 200w panel it's majorly 24v and thus at least 2 of 200w panel connected in parallel should charge ur 165ah battery

picture (1) connection shows that d two battery will discharge and charge at same rate while picture (2) shows that d battery DAT connects out will discharge and charge faster than the second battery.

To choose the best parallel connection, i will advise u stick to picture (1).

these are my set up.. 1500w inverter =8k
30amps smart charger =9k. i bought them from the mushin olosha bustop man. 08033153072
i bought my 200amps battery brand new from onitsha 70k.
so my total set up is 87k. u can also buy a fairly used 200amps battery from oshodi or from this guy in alaba 08034411042. a fairly used 200amps battery from the alaba guy is about 35k. he claims its with guarantee.

too bad.. thats why i changed my mind after nearly buying the same inverter.. i later bought separate 1500w inverter for 9k, then 30amps smart charger 9k, totalling 18k. a standard 1kva inverter should av between 20-30amp charger.

that's a nice one bro. But u never tell us the capacity and cost of the battery u bought with dis set up. Hope dis ur suplier sells bateries too.
