diadem10:Calm done bro, religion is a personal thing. I don't support hate speech, but be sincere, we all know Christians attack Muslims on social Media like Nairaland etc on any little thing. All I am saying is to stop hate speech against any religion. |
HughJazz:My religion is not aggressive and dangerous. If you are ignorant of it, learn about it. Terrorists you say!!! Anyway, I am not a terrorist and I am a Muslim. I have lived among both Muslims and Christians all my life like you too have done. We have been living peaceful among ourselves. Asking if I have even read my Quran and Hadiths is an insult to me. And saying it is full of disgusting things shows you have not read it. So, your comment above just justify what I have said earlier that Christains hate Muslims. Stop judging a religion like Islam by what you read online. Most Christians go to Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt etc and live there peacefully. Yet, you still call Muslims terrorists. George Bush (Jr) attacked and destroy Iraq, kill millions, for no just course, you never call him a terrorist. Just because he not a Muslim. Anyway, I am not in support of bad eggs in Islam. All I am saying is that stop this hate against Islam and Muslim. I am a proud Muslim and I am not a terrorist. |
Ladyhippolyta88:I understand that we have very bad Muslims, extremists, we should also remember we have very bad Christians too whose atrocities are even worse but, we Muslims don't condemn Christianity for this but to condemn the act and the actors. Why is it that each time something related to Muslim(s) occur, Christians start throwing insults on our Religion. I am a proud Muslim. |
Ladyhippolyta88:It is so sad that Christians hate Muslims with passion. |
Hmmm |
Life is short. |
This is very useful. Information is power. Thanks Op. |
YES |
The reason is very simple. We have very few third class holders in the country. It is a way to reduce numbers of applicants because most organizations could hardly control crowd of applicants when they advertised job positions. |
Are u sure this is nigeria refinery? Where is the first one located? why are we still paying so much on subsidy? Why are we still importing refined products? I am very sure GEJ would have used it to compaign if this is true. And I am also very sure OP just saw it somewhere are decided to share. Or the first refinery is just completed or still under construction. God bless Nigeria. |
Tconphils:I don't really like the way you sound bro. We are brothers and sisters. I really appreciate and commend those Igbo leaders. They have represented the Igbo well in that regards. The Hausas you said GEJ accommodated worked for him to be in that office. Mind you, Yoruba did vote for GEJ four years ago, he only lost in just one state just as Buhari also lost in one state. He didn't accommodate Yoruba that much in his 4years in office. Buhari lost 3 times but, kept trying, till he won. I don't know why so many people are praying for Buhari to fail. Forgetting that his failure will affect us all and we don't have another country but Nigeria. Nigerians in diaspora are facing lost of challenges, look at what is happening in South-Africa, Indonesia etc. So, many Nigerians were among dead recorded trying to cross to Italy from Libya. So many Nigerian oversees are complaining and are willing to come home if Nigeria is better. My Igbo brothers and sisters, I grew up among u and I love you all so much. Election will always come and go but, Nigeria will remain. Gob bless nigeria. |
Nigerian requirements for Institutions are too high. They don't consider number of students seeking admission. I know quite a lot of Institutions on this list meet world standard. |
It is with great joy and pride that, on behalf of people of Nigeria, and on my own behalf, I extend my warm congratulations to General Muhammadu Buhari on your election as the President-Elect, Federal Republic of Nigeria. I also do extend my congratulations to the people of Nigeria for peacefully exercising their sovereign and democratic right to elect their leaders. |

talktimi:Sir, pls don't pretend about the question. Be sincere. I didn't ask to justify what Aregbesola did as being right. I pity those workers. God bless nigeria. |

Laid2001:What is bad is bad. And two wrongs can never make a right. I pity unpaid workers in all those states. |
Has osun state received federal allowance for those months? I hope federal government is paying all states their monthly allowance as at when due. I also think aregbesola should let us know why their 5 months salaries is yet to be paid. God bless nigeria. |
hansad:I will rather vote for an illiterate buhari that would bring CHANGE that we so much desire than vote for educated President Jonathan. I know how much I am paying everyday for fuel. How can a President remove subsidy that affect poor masses, just to create SURE P. If an educated president doesn't know that increase in the price of fuel, will increase the price of everything poor masses pay for in this country, why should I vote for him ? How many Nigerians have benefited from sure p? ALL nigerians? Anyway, it is my choice to make. I am now for Buhari. |
babestella:What kind of post is this? |
Four years ago, it was Jonathan. Now, it is Buhari. It is my right, my chioce and my decision. What have I benefited from this government? Increase in fuel price, increase in electricity charge, decrease in value of naira, strikes everywhere etc I just want to try someone else. If he doesn't perform, I will also condemn him. |
Ibadan tia. I don't know why. I just love Ibadan. It is the most peaceful place I have ever lived. |

Yes, this is how issue like this should be reacted to, and not relating it to religion or tribe. |
The story below reached us this morning (23/02/2015). It came from one of our reliable sources in Nigeria. It is one of the most disturbing stories that we have yet received. Read it and make your own judgement! “I have it on a strong ground that there is a plan to capture a Shekau before the week to elections. And the captured Shekau who is currently undergoing training on what to say and do will mention Buhari as one of their core sponsors. The target according to the source is to discourage Southern voters and the Northern Christians (from liking Buhari). The confession is alleged to be so perfectly planned that Buhari may even be arrested and even those who love him may think twice (about his sincerity). The sum of 4.5 billion Naira is purportedly budgeted. The purpose of this budget I am told is for bribing some Northern clerics so when the time comes, they will pacify their followers (to reject Buhari as he is BoKo Haram sponsor). There will purportedly be audio of phone calls (between Buhari and the Boko Haram leaders). Buhari will not be able to sue the government since it will be an arranged confession of a captured terrorist. Now, I am not saying this (leak) is true. But knowing how desperate these PDP people are, they can do just anything to get Buhari out of the way. Honestly, I am deeply, deeply, deeply, worried. In fact, I am troubled. Kindly share this and let the world know about this evil machination of the PDP before it is too late. Kindly do it. The person who gave me this information is an Intelligence officer with the Army. He looks worried too.” May God save Nigeria and Nigerians. Amen. A BOMBSHELL!! – ANOTHER HORROR STORY FROM THE INTELLIGENCE FILES!! My people, because of the tireless and fearless work that we do at CUPS, which involves enlightening our people on how to save themselves from corruption, misrule, tyranny, occupation, and genocide, we get a lot of leaked information from informants in Nigeria. Some of it is excellent, and some of it is just recycled conspiracy ideas on Facebook. Meanwhile we at CUPS have near perfected ways of verifying leaked information sent to us using different techniques, including the use of digital forensics, which is one of my fields of expertise as a Computer Security Research Scientist. We therefore don't publish any story unless be really believe there are elements of truth in it. So, where is the money? Yet, the recorrent expenditure keep increasing every year. |
All I know is that, it is my right to vote and it is my choice to make. Four years ago, it was for Jonathan. Now, it will be for BUHARI. May be, in another four years' time, it will be for you reading my post. God bless Nigeria. |
