Yes you are right in saying its not in the bible, but anything that your own conscience condemns you for is wrong. Period. It's a secret sin. 3 Likes |

Romance / Re: 6 Myths That Are Killing "Christian" Marriages by yorubadelta(f): 10:51am On Jul 08, 2015 |
Some unbelievers have far better and more envious marriages than Christians sef. Boredom is the bedrock of marriage failure.. it kills the fun, sex life goes down the drain, eyes start wandering for greener pastures out there... unfortunately, so many Christians are so darn boring all in the name of religiosity.. I'm a Christian o .. don't get me wrong.. but can't stand boring couples 1 Like |

dearpreye: Yea its truly one of the greatest I've come across so far... I'm just 91 pages in btw. The story centers around a family, led by the most frantic and intriguing father/husband who discovers and develops a settlement.. it's set in the earliest of times where places didn't even have names and communities were just newly being formed. It's very complex.. difficult to explain.. it's about family, dreams, love, murder, ghosts, mystery, witchcraft, adventure... My favourite character so far is Jose Arcadio Buendia (the father) he's a mad scientist who is so fascinated with the world and seeks to discover mysteries and deeper meaning of life.. Because of the structure of the book, it's not an easy read but definitely for curious minds. 1 Like 2 Shares |

Family / Re: Marriage Was Not Designed To Make You Happy by yorubadelta(f): 8:35am On Jul 07, 2015 |
Interesting topic .. as for me, a generally negative/unhappy person will never be happy in marriage.. likewise a content person will also be content in marriage. Marriage doesn't fix personal problems. |

bashydemy: .....which is why you men need to shine your eyes before putting ring on a chick's finger.. Don't be deceived by looks or pretentious attitude. Research well. If you are religious, pray for revelation about the character of said person. That's the only way to avoid marrying one chance. 1 Like |

bashydemy: Well of course a wife shouldn't treat her husband with contempt .. however are you trying to say he should go ahead and get a mistress just because his wife is lousy? There is no excuse for that pls.. if you are a believer then you should know how grave an offense adultery is in the eyes of God 1 Like |
