The only way to curb this is to encourage children to speak up when anybody including daddy touches them in their private part ,encourage them to trust that you as a mother will protect them even from their own father should it come to that,simple,life is too short to live in paranoi.

Every parents should protect their daughters from the uncles and I've seen many parents doing this, including me.
