0KNM:Dembele that is hardly fit and you want to kick him? Its like you don't want him to play at all next season? |
I don't knowing Biodun can survive it this time. |
The way lawyers dey ask people questions sha... No wonder layers are very proud. |
We should also decamp all the players involved in the shameful protest over unpaid bonuses. We cannot have all our national teams being unpatriotic along with our politicians. It will be too much to swallow for us a country. |
This Amaju bear bear sef get as e be |
We only hear their congratulations when they win. Soon, we will see the photo of Buhari watching the game with Ahmed Musa on the ball. |
chukswag:Seka and Falete are well built center back so Ighalo's strength couldn't work against them. The coach should have brought in someone with flare or brilliance to outsmart them. I don't know how good Chukwueze would have been playing from the middle in the night but his skill would have come in handy. |
Magnifico2000:no doubt but seeing that Strength couldn't work against the defence of Guinea, why not try a bit of flare and brilliance in the form of Onyekuru ![]() |
We have won two matches and qualified for the second round. But i must say the Super Eagles have been far from convincing in the two games played so far. And to say that we have the easiest group of the AFCON tournament says a lot about the quality of our side. The team should spend more time in training perfecting their passing game, set piece taking, attempt at goal / conversion and communication on the field of play. Also, as a TECHNICAL ADVISER, Gernot Rohr is not doing enough in terms of team's techniques and tactics. He should know his starting 11 and not be tinkering with the team's starting 11 from game to game unless when the change in the starting line up is absolutely necessary. I will rate the team 6/10 because they improved in the second half. But if Guinea and Burundi are giving us problems, i wonder what will happen when we face Mali, Egypt, Ivory Coast or Senegal. Even Cameroon will trouble this team wella. Last! Last!! We all want our team to do well. |
Bring on Onyekuru na |
Moses Simon covers alot of ground. He is an asset to the team. |
zizi4real:funny enough we call our coach foreign technical adviser. I Don't know if NFF knows what a technical adviser means or maybe they just like big titles. |
Are the eagles telling us that we should start watching their game from the 70 minutes from now ![]() |
Goallll Omeruo!!! |
Liverpool sure has something to complain about this game. But Musa is like Pedro; he doesn't get the credit he deserves. |
anabose:OK, i believe!!!! Nigeria to score in the next 6minutes. |
Only Iwobi dey attempt long range shots |
Now that we have the upper hand in pressing, if we can't make our possession count, i wonder when. Simon should stop bringing in the crosses; nobody there to head. If Guinea scores now, they will win by 2:0 |

If after one and half game the team still doesn't have a rhythm, i doubt if they ever will. No progression from defence to midfield and then to attack. No penetration from the wings. Even corner kicks are constantly being wasted. |
See commitment on the part of Naby Keita. While our boys are protesting unpaid bonuses, Keita wants to die for his Nation. |
Am i beginning to hear people call for Mikel to be introduced? |
But Guinea looks more confident on the ball than our boys. They can guarantee you 6-10touches before losing the ball. |
Ighalo a typical Nigerian; wanted the glory for himself. No wonder politicians can't stop embezzling funds and all forms of crime is on the rise. Selfishness everywhere. |
Iwobi is the most versatile or mobile player in the team. Others are way too rigid and one directional. |
Guys as big as Seka are not usually smart. One good pass will be enough to tear his legs apart. Also, i am not feeling Etebo; Didn't feel him in the first game, not feeling him now. |
I said it at the end of last match that we will complain about Iwobi today and he is already showing himself. No doubt we need Mikel in that midfield to relieve the pressure from the Guineans not that we are under much pressure now, but his experience will come in handy. Also, his ability to sight Ighalo with defence splitting passes will do well against a mountain like Seka. Somebody should give Akpeyi super glue please. |
Transfer Naira Marley to Ilorin please. |
I doubt this news. Anyway, No lele, they big bros Mikel Obi to rescue them. |
Is don Jazzy trying to mock Linda Ikeji ![]() |
After she and her son wrecked an unstable Liberia. OK o! |
Anytime an African side loses, they must look for story cook. Maybe they didn't read FIFA guidelines or didn't send representatives to FIFA pre-tournament briefings. Teams that couldn't qualify normally too are talking. Like Nigeria, like Cameroon. |
