I am a graduate of mech engr with not much practical experience in the field but all of a sudden i was called upon to supervise all actions in a process factory. i dont know where to start from or the things to be done. however, at the same time i want to keep the job. pls anyone with a good advice.

I think u should have gone back to sleep instead of writing this rubbish. the total number of people that applied for the exam, was not up to 50,000. and it is important to note that OAU can not admit more than about 5000 student in a session after combining the pre-degree students with the utme students. Talking about the money collected, the first 1000 naira and part of the 1750 which includes the bank commision was used for the organisation and payment of the workers of the exam, while the remaining fund remains the gain of the institution, i dont think this is too much. where i think the problem lies is that because the standard of utme has been reduced, a lot of people had above 200 marks in their and everybody now wants to come to the university. especially OAU. i think the scripts will be graded normally and the space on ground should determine those that should have above 200 in the post utme by multiplying generally with a factor. thanx

Our stories are simillar, just that i am still at a lower stage, yet to go for NYSC and even thinking of deleting it.
I have decided to go into multimedia and also learn machining from a local industry. if i am able to acquire enough money from my multimedia stuff. i will use it to get a standard lathe machine for a start and move on from there.
Thats plan A.
Plan B is to go for my pgd and masters then look for lecturing jobs in some unpopular well paying institutions to gather funds.

@sky. what i av been able to discover is that when you av a degree of such like 3rd class, it will make u think wide if you want to and you will move at the speed of light in developing yourself in other areas.
I overcame the kind of fear you had, long time ago.

i need help wiith my system battery. when the power goes off, the brightness does not go deem. which driver works for the battery. i am on power saver.

Urgent pls, i formatted my system and downloaded all the drivers to install. after doing this, i still did not have the 'sleep' activated on my system so i had to shut down all the time. and also any time i want to record with adobe audition, it gives me an error of sound card whatever, the audio of the system is working perfectly well so i dont think is the sound card or vga. pls nlanders, which driver works with sound card or what could have damaged the sound card.
my system is windows vista, presario f750us compaq 32 bit. Pls this is urgent
