Please ensure you have the NIMC print out, check for NIN, if you are using the plastic/permanent ID card, there is NIN there, what you have there is just the serial number.

Type in the correct NIN on the box provided for verification. After your NIN is verified, the other fields will be active for you to enter the rest of your details...
