What's the Sqft. Those style of houses you guys have in Nigeria are so ugly ,colonial and outdated.They also look complicated and may incur unnecessary expenditure. The homes in the photo below are very simple,yet elegant,straightforward ,and also easy to build and complete within a short period of time. In fact,you do not have to waste money on conventional roofing nor stairs because prefabricated stairs is much cheaper. Colour is also important in the finishing . Stable means it's stable for day to day activities, while beta means it's not stable with bugs. Beta version is for you to report issues that need to be fixed. Just like a pen taster.
