I was given an easytrade login instead of the vgif login. I can't even monitor the growth of my investment as N50 is just topped up on my investment at the end of every month. I have to request an account statement to know the progress 9f my investment.

I think so, but not sure. It only occurred to me after submitting. I have done a test of the nature on latinhire where if you could answer just one question correctly, you could submit. You loose points for failing any question. But there it was properly explained unlike this

I also chose randomly. It hit me when I had submitted that they only required a positive score of +0 which means getting just one correct answer was enough

Couldn't have been first come first serve, because this person applied the first day the recruitment came out. Oh trust me this person is a veteran in recruitment processes and applied to be a test candidate (to receive shortlisting notice) etc for their other friends who were in need of the job

I might not know this person but I think the person you responded have a point. I have gotten numerous invites now from workforce and I think it has something to do with the ATS scanning or their details (dob, year of graduation etc). They don't have time to go through the thousands of applications they get individually. They probably just filter certain criteria/words and then scan. I think the person missed something somewhere

Thanks. Followed these steps today and did capturing successfully. Got to Ikoyi Office at 9:27, finished capturing and submitted back to servicom at 11:30. Just two brown folders in the capturing room, the rest were all white.

Also picked up my passport today. P.S, when you go to pick up your passport and they seem to be taking forever, go back to inform the servicom lady. She will help out

Can anyone help out. I tried opening a Stanbic MMF through their banking app and maximum amount is 20k. Can't I go above this?

I actually still maintain this position.

I did the average of money market fund rates over the years till date, and Stanbic MMF was the clear winner. This is because they had over 17% in annual Money market rates 2 years in a row (2016 and 2017). Followed closely by FBN quest. United Capital too is quite cool. Their redemption is also fast too.

Also there was once an argument about Stanbic MMF vs GIF, the verdict was GIF right?, we were all wrong! Stanbic MMF has beaten GIF over time, even FBN MMF beat Stanbic GIF over time. Though if you begin to calculate from 2016, it will seem GIF is better, all you have to do is look at years back, there were some years GIF had rates as low as 4%! So those doing GIF should know this and be careful.

Also, there was a year United Capital Bond fund did 28% (2017).

I have used and researched many Mutual funds and MMF, Stanbic, FBN quest and United Capital though have their cons are one of the best out there.

United Capital is so good, you can monitor all your investments in one account, from money market, to euro bond fund, even the stock market (equity), you can even create a will too.

FBN quest has technological issues but their charges are one of the lowest out there.

Stanbic is well Stanbic. A class on their own, best MMF so far hands down, in terms of average annual rate. I will still do my research and all and update you all, but this is it for now.

But best MMF annual rate over time is Stanbic, followed closely by FBN quest, this year will determine if FBN will unseat Stanbic though (I think they actually might as rates seen so far this year).
