Any date range will do. All that matters is the date range should not be less than 28days. Historically, it is advised the you exclude the date the required funds enters your account and start your count from the next day.

And when you answer NO, A question is coming at the front that will still tell them if you require proof that your English is good in writing, speaking and reading, which most times will be seen as your sponsor saying in your cas that your English language ability was assessed by them and that you're a gifted student.

Hi

For student visa application you don't need to submit that.
You would need to submit:
*Your mum's statement of account. (The money must have been held in the account for minimum 28 days)
*Consent letter from your mum
*Birth certificate (to show relationship between you and your mum)
