Religion / Re: Dunamis Church 'Fake Testimony': Anyim Vera Deserves An Apology by Yunisa001(m): 5:04pm On Apr 15
AAAA67:
A graduate in law should know what her degree is after spending five years in the University.
Has nothing to do with the institution - NOUN , which some people have their reservations about.
She brought the embarrassment upon herself.
I don't blame Pastor ENECHE on this.
She should apologize for giving wrong testimony and should correct herself.
To me I think what is affecting the pastor is also the samething affecting you (envious) . Because I don't know where it is written in the Bible that u should attack anyone giving fake testimony . Does her fake testimony in any way affects him. Testimony is between you your God

Please house, there is argument with some people this morning, someone said commissioner of Information, Health and Education are more popular in a State than a Federal House of Representative Member,
in term of popularity commissioners are more popular than house of rep members in their state . But both is incomparable when it come to the issue of influencial and autonomy. Because it is rarely to asked for the name of rep members in any apptitude test but they offen ask names of
commissioners

Ouote author=NuCypher post=126718125]That's the sad reality of a couple of marriages out there. The solution is to look before you leap. Make sure the person doesn't have that kind of behaviour before you marry them. But if you do end up in that situation, then I don't know what to say. The best solution is to probably walk away because this kind of woman na gbege.[/quote] Guy u can never know a lady has that attitude unless u are a reasonable broke guy , in quote I said ( a reasonable broke guy ) .

I'd like to share a story with you. I enjoy stories, as they are often what older folks excel at. 😄

My church hosts a program from time to time; it's an all-night event where singles of marriageable age and selected married individuals come together to discuss various aspects of marriage.

On one occasion, a topic was brought up, and women were discussing at length how they could love a man and do everything right, yet things don't always work out. As people began giving reasons for such situations, I was given the microphone, and I suggested, "Perhaps you should consider respecting them instead of just loving them. If what you're doing isn't working, why not try something different?" This led to a lively debate, which I won't go into, but one woman took it personally, and we had this conversation.

Woman: Are you married?

Me: No, ma'am.

Woman: I've been married for years, and I can emphatically tell you that love is what has held us together from day one. We've been through a lot and come out stronger because of love. You're not married, so you may not know enough to form an opinion on this issue.

The women in the audience applauded her.

Me: That's beautiful, ma'am. When did you meet your husband?

Woman: A few months after school; I was staying with my uncle and waiting for my service year.

Me: Was he a student too?

Woman: No, he was already in business and doing fairly well.

Me: How long did you two date?

Woman: Just a few months. He made it clear that he was looking for a wife, but we didn't get married until after my service year.

Me: That's wonderful. Now, let's imagine a scenario where your roles are reversed. You are a successful businesswoman, and you meet a young man fresh out of school with no job and no NYSC certificate yet, and he proposes marriage. Would you have married him as quickly as he married you? Please, be honest; we are in a church.

Woman: What are you trying to say? That I married him because of money or something? I love my husband, he knows it, he sees it, and he feels it. He's here and can speak for himself.

Me: Thank you, ma'am, for being honest with me.

I summarized the conversation, which was quite lengthy and filled with drama, but I believe you can still grasp the main point from this excerpt. 😄
. Guy u nail it , that woman may not greet you another day or may even ignore you if you try to greet her because is has if u exposed is long time scam for her husband since . Whenever u hear i love my man , I married my man because I love him from a lady .believe me that guy in question don suffer tire ,all I married my husband because of love is a big scam .

I don't understand what you are trying to say Sha, but what I'm trying to say is that most kings have no power, no authority, they can only make noise using those street touts, and they make money from selling/Allocating those community lands, and maybe during election they help those politicians secure votes and get paid, that's all
Last month one was even sentenced to death for murder,
those days u are talking about that all area u mention are the area their power lies no difference uptill now .but then they all posses a spiritual power that is what make them different from all new generation kings

kings lost their powers since the amalgamation and independence of Nigeria, now they are just there for design and allocation lolz,. The local govt chairman is even more powerful than the king talkmore of Obasanjo, and besides he must have put most of them there or even helped them one way or another
I don't think they lost their power because there most to be a constituted authority for a country can be call a country and A town is different from a state and also a country . Those day we are talking about is almost thesame thing is just that those British that govern us then don't have time to visit town and they only send representative and those representative are just fearing their fetish power then not there authority . Are u people saying it is good to be respectful to person because you know he/ she can arm you spiritual or we should be respectful because of the authority.

Unfortunately, the law has no regard for culture.

In all, I blame the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

For your knowledge, a Local Government Chairman is more powerful than the King.

So, for me, all your opinions are out of
discretion. Who discretion help in the sight of the Law?
pls which culture are u talking about , if I may ask is there any culture in this world that asked us not to respect our leader even all the religion scripture command us to respect our leader . And obj said then I quote" in Yoruba land we pay homage to two things which are ur Age and ur position " Non of u all has able to dispute this quote and u are all here saying is wrong . I quote from the law of the land (Nigeria) please, "Any applicant who does any act for the purposes of influencing the Commission, whether directly or indirectly will be disqualified from consideration for any post in the Federal Civil Service. It will be presumed that an applicant who indulges in canvassing does so because he/she lacks the prescribed qualifications and experience or the application lacks merit" I hope this answered your question. But sadly those making the law (the lawmakers/the stakeholders) do not preserved the law, they are the law breakers. Some have chastised me here but I don't care! However, we met in a bad legacy, bad system, bad hereditary, bad way of life; we must not shy away from saying the truth!
my brother those influencing the commission are doing it not because they lack the prescribe qualifications and experience but they are doing because the available slot is very low compared to the qualifies candidate. my brother all is just survival of the fittest

Yes, you are absolutely correct! God is in charge of everything in the universe (unjust and just). But God did not create or chose this path for us, we Nigerians/Humans created and adopted the system of unjust by ourselves. One thing is cleared to us is that God communications are cleared crystal to everyone! We have freewill to do whatever we want for just a limited time and be accountable for every of our actions. We understood that the system we find ourselves is unjust. It's an advantages to some while disadvantage to some. (Some feel happy with it, some feel cheated with it), but we don't need to promote unjust system even as we have learnt to live with it! This bad path/legacy we find ourselves in the country is very, very bad and it becomes hereditary. We are in a society where unjust automatically becomes the normal way of life. Homosexuality is viewed as bad way of life in Nigeria even by her constitution and also God despised it. Corruptions, unjust and embezzlement has become the norms and values in every corners of Nigeria, more so tamed as God blessings and opportunities. Who is deceiving who?? What's the difference between an homosexual, a corrupter, embezzler and unjust person?? Homosexual should be crucified and punished by God while the corrupter, embezzler and unjust person are God's favours and blessings! Human beings thought smarter than their creator
. My brother pls who are those qualify for the job and also who are those not qualify for the job?

For those over reliance on prominent people. Let worked out your chances, at the end your chance may be zero. We have people who would get jobs directly from God Almighty, we have over 700 honourables and senators in the country, we have over 30 ministers in Nigeria, we have over 30 permanent secretaries in Nigeria. We have over 30 governors in the country, we have over 20 Directors General in the country. We have over 15 commissioners in the Federal Civil Service Commission, we have 5 commissioners In NERC, to mentioned few for opening vacancies of 100-140. Just put that in your brain
those that we get the job through prominent are they not directly from God Also? My Brother there is no success unless God almighty grant it
