Thats a baseless allegation, i call my girl who i placed on FF everyday and I enjoy low rates
Calls during peak hrs is like 15 naira /minute
Off peak after 10pm to 7am is like 12 naira per minute

I call everyday and as of yesterday the rates are as stated above.

I load 200 naira and i talk for about 15 minutes during off peak.

This is actually a rip off, You can actually avoid paying a single extra cash when you fill your Jerry can by just spotting any vehicle or Taxi or bus driver that wants to fill his tank, simply give him the money and Jerrycan and he would pose to be the owner, he would fill his tank and your jerrycan and you get your petrol at no extra cost.
Its that simple

A webserver like IIS and apache resolves domain name on the website to the IP of the system hosting it and thereafter sends the message to the appserver (Tomcat, websphere, etc)to do any logic involved. The output/response is sent back to the webserver and it serves it to the user.
In summary users over the internet interacts to the webserver either unsecure(http) or secured(https) protocols. users are not expected to interact with the appserver or database server directly.
