Fellow #/landers, I wrote Oceanic Bank Aptitude Test @ Ado Girls in Onitsha in Anambra State. I was later called 4 an interview with them 2 weeks back. I was equally SUCCESSFUL and was refered 4 MEDICALS. But since then I 've not heared 4rm them again. WHO IN D HOUSE KNOWS HOW LONG IT TAKES THEM AFTER MEDICALS TO REACH OUT TO THEIR SUCCESSFUL ONES? fellow #/landers, i believe the oceanic stuff comes up in batches. i wrote mine @ ado girls onitsha in anambra state. as good luck (god rather) would have i was called 4 an interview. i went 4 the interview $ was also successfull. we (the successfuls ones) were sent 4 medicals. since then, i have not heared 4rm them again. so, i believe it is in batches. just keep ur fingers crossed. all da best.

what exactly happened @ the fair? how many companies actually attended the fair? i heared and saw in the guardian newspaper of 24th july that MTN, BAT,ACCENTURES,SKYE BANK, FCMB, FIRSTINLAND BANK e.t.c would all attend the fair. so, tell us how true is it.

Anyway, I equally wrote the test @ ADO GIRLS, but later heared a FALSE info that it has been CANCELLED. That prompted me again to fly to ENUGU for the same test. @ ENUGU, the man in charge of the whole exercise told us that the ENUGU test was to really make sure that those invited for the APTITUDE test @ ADO GIRLS but did not write due to CROWDY ENVIRONMENT they had were allowed to write. So, the ONITSHA own remains UNCANCELLED. All the same GOOD LUCK. ''ONE LOVE''

The Graduate Management Development Scheme (GMDS) is a talent – sourcing scheme aimed at identifying young, bright, talented Nigerian graduates who have recently concluded their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) assignments.

After a highly competitive selection process, successful candidates will undergo a systematic and broad-based training programme involving formal learning and experiential attachments for about 12 to 18 months. At the end of the training, successful candidates will be considered for management positions in the company.




REQUIREMENTS



The ideal candidates must not be older than twenty-seven (27) years as at 1st January, 2006 and should possess the following: -
 Five (5) credit grades in SSCE or GCE ‘O’ Level including Mathematics and English Language, obtained at one sitting.
 Minimum of Second Class Honours (Lower Division) University degree in any discipline.
 A challenging NYSC experience.
 Ability to work with basic computer applications (e.g. Word Processing, Spreadsheet, e-mail, etc.)
 Willingness to work in any part of Nigeria
 Personal initiative and drive.
