When I see topics like this on this forum and then I see these back and forth tribal wars, I just feel so disillusioned because I know that Nigeria will not be able to get out of its present predicament with the crop of young people we have now.
How can any sensible young person be clamouring for any of these politicians to come back. These people have all held political positions in the past, they did not perform miracles, in fact even the basics they couldn't provide but all of a sudden they now have the solution to our problem.
If any of these politicians actually have an ounce of patriotism in them or have an inkling of a way to get Nigeria better, they would have brought up these "so called ideas" during this administration before things got out of hand. Instead they all kept mute and let things degenerate to this stage. And now they've all come out once again like a pack of vultures promising you all wonderful miracles and like a bunch of fools, you're supporting them again.
For your information, all of them that have held political positions have stolen public funds one way or the other and they've all established safe havens for their dependents outside this country. Continue arguing back and forth across tribal lines as if poverty and insecurity distinguishes between tribe.

Please if you know which universities reject or withdraw their offer because previous visa refusal biko mention them. Also mention the ones that don't mind irrespective of visa refusal.

Context: I was refused Canadian study permit last year because of my special needs child. Upon ordering my gcms note, everything was positive except for the officer's comment that they think my dependent's health will a burden to their health and social welfare.

Now if schools I apply to reject me should I offer this explanation? Has anyone applied with a special needs child?

Will this make a difference... I've been to the UK once (2011) and have a good travel history

Sorry if this question is sensitive, I'm only asking because I have a similar situation and I'm currently trying the Canada student visa route. What's the nature of your child's special needs? Once again I apologize if it's sensitive for you.

For all those supporting Pere for his behaviour, I'll say this, there's everything wrong with the way he spoke to WM, it was downright condescending and disrespectful and the people actually watching without sentiments know this and acknowledge it including the housemates. As for WM's so called 'fake' character, I'm just here wondering if Pere has a manual to how every human is supposed to act and maybe read WM manual and found him acting out of character. How long has he known WM to be able to say categorically that he's fake? This is the same Pere that said Maria is fake. He's the only real one yet those that claim to know him outside the house said that his recent behaviour in the house is unlike him. Makes me wonder who's being fake. As for you guys on this thread, if you live with people, you should know that you can never know any one person completely to the point of saying what is fake or real because people can act out of character from time to time depending on situations and environments.

It's okay to dislike WM but truth be told, hunger no dey look face, he too is hungry and has been drinking garri and cereal and if you guys actually listened to his complaint to the guys, it was mainly about the fact that the people put in charge has refused to cook while there were still food items in the kitchen. He even said he's fine with Pere's decision.
