I got a conditional offer from Liverpool hope university and one of condition is proof of my financial condition.

Does it mean I must have my complete POF before the school can issue a CAS?

I've always thought POF is required during visa application.

If not, what am I expected to show on this financial condition?.

The financial condition is your deposit. But they require proof of funds and TB test before CAS issuance. I sent you a mail.

No offence taken since you don't have the evidence. I can only take offence at Home office for the allegation in the firat place and then maintening it even with ll the evidences submitted.

From beginning till now, no email from them to UI to check authenticity. On monday, I still asked someone in UI to help me check if there is any email from them.
The Administrative Review decision stated that the ECO treated tye application according to the right procedure and so they are maintaining their initial decision. it seems to me, they just tosse all evidence on one side

Hi, I'm a UI graduate too and I find this quite appalling. Were you a jamb student or a DLC student? Could that be where the problem is? Also, did you collect your certificate from Records office?

They conduct interviews first. If successful, one gets the admission. I haven't done the interview yet.

I believe it means they have partially completed making a decision on your application so you should receive a feedback on the application when the decision status is completed, hopefully with an offer.

Liverpool Hope University, University of Derby, University of Sunderland, University of Wolverhampton, University of Worcester, University of Kent, University of Hull. You need to have a 2:1 though and some require IETLS.

In my humble opinion, I suggest you submit your application ASAP. Some schools delay especially when deadlines are approaching. September intake is usually one of the busiest periods. Also put into account the timeframe to request for CAS, 28 days for POF etc. There are people who already have their admission. So I don't think it's too early.
