The main reason why he gives you quit notice is because you won't be able or won't agree to pay the current rent he wants to give the house now. So old tenants the best is to give them notice to quit. Besides how long have you lived in the house?

Hi guys my landlord called me on sunday and handed me a paper i thought it was something else untill i found out its a quit notice, honestly i dont know the reason why he gave me quit notice I've never owe him house rent and am not a trouble or problematic person in the compound so pls guys what's the next thing to do, cuz am planning to make serious trouble with him, like taking him to court n living in his huz for two years without paying rent, pls how can i go about it?
