I have seen a few since the ban. The question is, whom are those entitled to it? They need to specify. Where are we to report to? These people are not serious yet. Open a dedicated twitter, phone number and email and you wil get enough evidence. For now, na just mouth dem dey. |
Thefarmer3: indirect TPMS systems use existing ABS wheel speed sensors to indirectly detect low pressure by noticing that an underinflated tire rotates faster than a properly inflated one. A vehicle's computer compares the rotational speeds of all four wheels, and if one tire is spinning faster, it is calculated to be underinflated. With Internet and AI, you don't need to ask all these questions. A simple search will answer you. |
FX:Good, so called it run flat tyres, not bullet proof tyres. |
FX:Stop replying people that can't afford a bicycle tyre. I like the concept and understand what you do. However, what does it entail to bulletproof a tyre? Are you referring to tyres that can still run for some kilometers when shot or that the bullet will not penetrate the tyres at all? |
Macmilla:Don't generalize. 2014 CRV and some other cars don't have their sensors on the wheel that can be transferred, like that of the 2007 Camry. They use what is called a wheel speed sensor. It's not present directly on the wheels of the car. |
You want policemen that follow oga to club, drink hennessey and collect fat envelopes to be redeployed to fight bandits? Interesting. |
Louiscars:Doesn't use TPMS sensor on wheels. It uses speed wheel sensors. |
Louiscars:The car came with wheel covers and not alloy wheels. I changed to alloy wheels, though same size, I didn't go for bigger tyres. Im wondering if that is the cause of the TPMS sensor, Electronic Sterring light and VSC light coming up at once. |
Babatundehy:Other lights like VSC, Electronic Sterring pops along with the TPMS all at the same time. It's weird. These lights hasn't affected the driving performance as I can tell. Maintenance isn't an issue for me. I live for maintenance, I just feel the previous owner abroad wasnt a careful driver. The car is in relative good shape, I'm just a picky person. I pick out any little fault. By and large, I expected more from a 6 month old car, costing so much money. I'll do my best to always put it in good shape, but I'll likely replace it much sooner than my other cars. I intend to use my 4 year old 2014 accord for at least 8 years, the CRV will be gone in 3 years. |
chillex8:What has rust got to do with the various lights popping up? |
My CRV 2014 is just 6 months old. Bought Tokunbor and had mechanics test it before buying. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be the best of buy. When I bought it, it had no dashboard light. After a few weeks, 3 lights came up, VSC, TPMS and Electronic sterring light, all at the same time. Changed a lot of parts on both front and back legs because of noises. Also changed fuel pump. Now, after doing some repairs on the hub, ABS light has come up and AWD light. Ive used so many Hondas and haven't had this much issues. Im disappointed, and one of the reasons I bought the car was the lack of any fault lights on the dashboard. My 2014 accord is 4 years old and has no dashboard light. Apart from servicing, changing kick, changing break pads, changing of one fan, the car drives like a dream. Just yesterday, the CRV had a hesitation while climbing a hilly road, something never noticed before and it's really upsetting. The car i replaced this with was a 2006 civic and was used for 6 years without many issues. Is the CRV just a bad car or I was unlucky not to get one in good condition. |

If not for social media, these miscreants shouldn't be known. Unfortunately, social media glorify nonsense. |

Nothing new. The average Nigerian is worse than their leaders. I don't know why people expect Nigeria to have good leaders. |
Even when I was 30, I knew better than to date a girl 10 years younger than me. You'll have nothing in common. You're dating a child who can drag your name in the mud. Surprising, how a 'whole' Senator and grown man doesn't know the basics. For the money crew, money isn't everything. OT sef is more important when dealing with women. |
Backward law. Be prepared for lots of resignation. |
I believe in regular BP and blood sugar checs. However, i have noticed there is a lot of faulty BP monitors around. Even if you are told you have high readings, do another check. For example, in the picture attached, the man's heartbeat shows 106. Why should a resting heart rate be 106? Except the man had just exercised before checking his BP. Anyway, people should learn to double check. I once called out a hospital for saying I had high BP. My BP machine at home gives me a steady average reading and the hospital's BP showed my BP was high. On my next visit to that hospital, they had changed their BP machine. Imagine how many people are taking unnecessary BP medication because of fauty readings. That being said, know your numbers, so that you can detect a faulty reading when given. Do your checks regularly. |
Children should date children. Real men date and marry women, not kids. Any man who thinks himself a man should not be dating or marrying any girl below 28. It was our parents days that marrying an 18 year old girl made sense. Girls of these days are not mature. |
Just 56. This woman has been preaching forever. |
First off, he isn't married. Again, are these the type of people whom some people will take marriage advice from? Wonders shall never end. |
With such serious 'misconduct ' and you refuse to say the hospitals name. People just do anything for 5 mins fame. Do you know what it means to be wrongly diagnosed with cancer? By simply saying the name and proving you were misdiagnosed, you will put the hospital out of business. |
Normal with them. Talk first, then think later. |
Any small thing, una don run abroad, especially when you are married to women who give you issues. I don't understand these crop of Nigerian men. In the past, men relocated alone and the family stayed back. You are loading a gun with bullet and putting it to your head. Sorry, no much advice for you. Once one partner doesn't like the other, there is nothing much that can change. The 3 options available are, you keep living like this, one party walks out or a miracle happens and things become smooth. You have a 30% chance of being happy. |
Crypto isn't different from gambling, kalokalo, betting etc. Sensible people who decide to trade it, only trade spares cash they can afford to lose. |
Teachers are not meant to flog kids. You don't know the health status of the child. Leave corporal discipline to the parents. |
