Family / Re: Ladies, What Will Make You Disrespect Your Husband? by zeemdok: 7:51pm On Mar 14, 2013
@ All. A man should always be in charge whether loaded or not. It is not enough for a man to lose his sense of self worth at home or anywhere for that matter because he loses his job. If you lose your job as a man don't take shit and always let your woman know she should accord you respect you deserve always. And let her know every time rhat you will regain your lost fortune. Don't ever look dejected to any woman. Once they see that, they start to treat you a pinch of saltand you look your respect. Women are the same. It is you as a man that should always show a sanguine outlook

@ All. Our boys should go and learn to be GOAL SCORING MACHINES. If they don't then disgrace would continue to steer us in the faces till Armaggedon comes.
Politics / Re: No Going Back On Criminalizing Same-Sex Marriage In Nigeria – David Mark by zeemdok: 8:22pm On Jan 07, 2013
Why is that US and Britain will always want us to be their zombies. Can they tell that same sex rubbish to the Chinese or the Arabs? May be it God's vexation cos of gay promotion that is making the US economy very sick we all know about the Fiscal cliff.
Family / Re: How Can One Overcome Language Barrier In Marriage? by zeemdok: 7:57pm On Jan 07, 2013
@Op, You do not need to really feel unsettled whenever your wife speaks her language with her folks. Everyone feels most comfortable speaking their mother tongues. I am a Yoruba man also married to an Ebira lady with a lovely son. But I tell you whenever she speaks her language with her people I do not feel concerned except if I notice harshness in tone then I would like to know what the issue is. Aside that whatever she discusses in her language is non of my business.
Foreign Affairs / Re: The Innocence Of Muslims: The Film That Sparked Riots In Libya by zeemdok: 11:46pm On Sep 15, 2012
What exactly is wrong with some crazy people? They will just wake up and do things that would cause global religious bickering. You will never see the Muslims making movies to defame or blaspheme Jesus Christ. The people doing this need to stop this nonesense.

Politics / Re: Farouk Lawan’s Lawyer Says Audio Clip Doctored - VIDEO by zeemdok: 8:52pm On Jul 03, 2012
The fall of great men to abysmal oblivion in human recent history should teach Nigeria leaders a great lesson that no matter the quantity of wealth they amass posterity will one day sooner than they expect make them pay. The free fall from grace of the Ghadaffi's dynasty and the extirpation from Libya, the disgraceful exit of Mubarak's Dynasty and life imprisonment of its patriach, Charles Taylor's life conviction, all these happened in less than 2years and more are still coming. Divine judgment had always come to cruel leaders in this way, I vividly rememeber Adolf Hitler who died unceremoniously without a tomb and childless, Napoleon Bonaparte of France, Samuel Doe who was dismembered alive. Why have Nigerian leaders not learned from the very nemesis of these past leaders ? Do they want God to punish them the same way he'd punished those? The issue of Dishonorable sorry Honorable Farouk Lawan is utterly disgraceful and unbecoming, and his denial of the audio clip evidence is even more annoying. For God's sake everyone knows this guy's voice. I listened to that clip and voila I knew that voice was Farouk's asking for a balance $2.5m. He's among the longest serving member of the National Assembly. Our leaders should have a change of heart and lead without being corrupt as there is always a pay-day for whatever we do. Should God's vexation and wrath descend upon them their will be nowhere for them to run. I submit.
Family / Re: Men Learn From My Mistakes by zeemdok: 7:39pm On Jun 17, 2012
Hello Poster, your story is a highly poignant one and deeply touching. It vividly reminds me of a Yoruba movie titled: Iya mi ni Starring Funke Akindele and Lola Idije. The plot of the movie is nearly like yours the only difference is that the mother is the negative influence on the daughter. Wicked parents without conscience exist and they employ all means possible including 'Juju' to have total control of their successful children. It's shameful. My advise to you is you seek the face of God and ask for the forgiveness of the two women you have pathologically offended. Everybody makes mistakes but what is important is your sincere readiness to atone for good. I am sure God is teaching you and some of us here a lesson and to also let you know that for every action there's a law of Karma guiding it. When you recover which I pray you shall, please don't forget this punishment from God so easily. Come out a better person and move closer to Him.
Career / Re: Ecobank Commences Mass Sack Of Oceanic Bank Staff by zeemdok: 3:32pm On Feb 16, 2012
This is all Sanusi wanted. A born sadist. You will all recall immediately he took office he said he only needed 10 banks to run financial activities in the country. We

are moving towards that already. Just last week AMCON said all Nationalized banks to be sold February ending 2012.

This on-going mass sack will even have more excruciating effect than the 2009's because the poverty level has really increased thus the multiplier effect would be

greater. May God help Nigerian youths.
Family / Re: My Marriage Finally Collapses by zeemdok: 10:29pm On Jan 18, 2012
I really feel sorry for you. If all your stories are true with no reservations. I tell you she will regret this shameful and unwomanly  acts of her in no time. Just watch.

By the way what was the roles your in-laws and even your own parents played in this saga. I am sure they were all aware. Don't ever let this sad even bother you.

Take like a man and move on. But next time learn to be in charge if you know what I mean cos in all your narrations there is no part you appeared to actually be in

charge.
Politics / Re: Nigeria Will Crash If Fuel Subsidy Stays – GEJ by zeemdok: 4:29pm On Nov 20, 2011
Nigeria will crash".That is the most irresponsible statement a Nigerian president has ever made.  I think GEJ has actually forgotten he had a humble beginning and his constituency lies with the masses? He should of course know that the only dividend of democracy the Nigerian masses have enjoyed so far is the fuel subsidy and the removal of such would mean the only benefit of democracy available to poor Nigeria is annihilated. We expect a PhD holder to be a better president with a better logical , responsive and empathic decision making ability but his incompetencies since April election has always been discernible even to an autistic child. GEJ needs to be more listening to the yearnings of the people and not give in to sycophants around him. If he fails at the end of the day as major indicators are showing, then it means he has failed his people and his party is doomed. I rest my case.

@All , Good morning, I have been reading from the sidelines. Please has anyone who did their medicals @ V.I by 16th August got their VISA. Cos temperature has really risen here but I am already looking at deferment for January as my school resumed 6th of September. However, the embassy has implied I defer my admission and did send a mail to my school to that effect but can the embassy still issue you a VISA after you have already deferred your admission?
