Quarter 1 or Q1 refers to the first three months of the year(January-March) the data on the performance of the economy in quarter 1 is usually released in April. Your lunatic liberal "economists" couldn't wait for the official data to be released before they rushed out to predict that it would be bad but when the true data came out, they all had eggs on their faces because they were proved wrong again, the economy did very well.
