i had a CHN account i open through AMYN investment, Bought some shares through the account.
unfortunately, AMYN investment is no more operating. On contacting them i was told to bring the purchase receipt for each of the shares i bought, the challenge now is i don't have those receipt any more.
how can i transfer them to another broker or sell them

Is your company registered with corporate affairs commission? How long have you being in business? What is the profitability of your business? Do you have an organisational structure in place? How about your audited accounts for the last 2 years?

If you cannot provide convincing answers to these questions, it will be better to take the offer of the guy asking for 20% stake in your company.

How long have you been doing this business? What is the current value of the business? Do you have a business plan and your projections for the next 5 years? Do you have tangible collateral, goodwill or pedigree in your line of business? If I may ask what business are you into?

If you are so sure of the 200% returns in 2 years, I will advice you to sell your car, shares, get a loan from your family and friends, reduce your standard of livingn for the time being, so as to get capital to fund your business expansion.

All alternative funding didn't give better deals.

I'm feeling giving him 20℅ share can actually earn him 200℅ gain at the end of 2018(that is in worst case scenario). No company can give so much gain or dividend in a short while.
I dunno maybe I'm getting greedy or the man is exploiting me.
