On contacting them i was told to bring the purchase receipt for each of the shares i bought, the challenge now is i don't have those receipt any more. how can i transfer them to another broker or sell them This is madness. I've not been through this, but take all evidence linking you to the account to CSCS office on Marina Lagos. Request for your CSCS Statement, and inquire from there how to bypass or extricate yourself from the defunct company. Nonsense! !! |

yom2: how soon can that happen? because if that happens american miners will shut down too US miners, as you call them, are busy inventing ways to produce profitably at lower prices. They're surging in production, and gaining in market share over opec, while opec is curtailing itself defending prices. One day, MBL and Putin will get angry and quit production cuts, unleashing the father of oil gluts. All these not to talk of all the scientists busy inventing powerful Electric Vehicle batteries, and the Western left wing war against fossil fuel with noises of New Green Deal all over the place. Crude oil is on a long thing in the long run, I tell you. |

lafencer: Is this a pointer to what to expect after election fears are allayed and elections are over? Noting that both countries in red for 2019 returns are having elections in the first half of the year. Election fear in the case of Nigeria is real but unfounded. The two presidential candidates, both northerners, will not plunge country into war over election dispute. So, as is characteristic of the market, speculatiors are running when nobody is pursuing. This is when to be greedy when others are fearful. My real fear for the Nigerian economy is this premoniition that crude. oil will crash to $20 one day. The forces threatening to make it so anytime are too numerous for me to go into right now. |

If i remember how i lost 4M on oando last year...i shdnt be mentioning dat stock again..But dis is nse...even people wey buy access 4mth ago never saw it coming to 5.75... That your 4m can still be recovered, multiplied, if you're positioned in oando when the news finally comes that they have finished paying off their COP deal debts. The caveat here is if by then US Shale has not overrun the entire market while OPEC is busy doing cuts to boost prices. |

Nairaruky: Pursuing loss in oando is an exercise in futility. Bad management + politics = bad biz Oando is heading down to N3.00 U w only be hopeful once a new mgt is in place The rich and the poor investors in oando are crying no one seems to be listening Oct 15 to 30th ,oando will be traded at 3.50 Nov. wil witness moderate dumping Dec will see the highest rate of dumping at 2.5 Buying for the future.. Risky but good' Difficult to trust this mgt with their multitude of shell subsediaries and complicated ownership structure. But Oando price can still spike anytime. People are stubbornly optimistic on Oando. |

As for now there is heavy fire on the mountain even the president has escaped to US and left the citizens to be dancing with the Python. )- THOSE THAT HAS EARS LET THEN HEAR. Peter, I never meant to encourage people to pull their fund from the market. That song is by you and Chibuking I was only commenting on operation python dance. emmanuelewumi: Is your company registered with corporate affairs commission? How long have you being in business? What is the profitability of your business? Do you have an organisational structure in place? How about your audited accounts for the last 2 years?
If you cannot provide convincing answers to these questions, it will be better to take the offer of the guy asking for 20% stake in your company. Emma easy on the guy oh! I think its a kind of startup he's talking about. What he is looking for is an angel investor, a venture capitalist financier that will not hijack the biz. |

How long have you been doing this business? What is the current value of the business? Do you have a business plan and your projections for the next 5 years? Do you have tangible collateral, goodwill or pedigree in your line of business? If I may ask what business are you into?
If you are so sure of the 200% returns in 2 years, I will advice you to sell your car, shares, get a loan from your family and friends, reduce your standard of livingn for the time being, so as to get capital to fund your business expansion. Wickyyolo what are you waiting for? Respond quickly, Emma is a seasoned investor and can fund the biz at better conditions if you're serious. If not, charlatans not welcome here. |

wickyyolo: All alternative funding didn't give better deals.
I'm feeling giving him 20℅ share can actually earn him 200℅ gain at the end of 2018(that is in worst case scenario). No company can give so much gain or dividend in a short while. I dunno maybe I'm getting greedy or the man is exploiting me. Since you have no better deal, its either you need the funding or not. If his 20% stake earns him 200% returns, will your own 80% give you any less percentage returns ? Go to church tomorrow and pray against the spirit of greed and dishonesty, lest you be tempted to cook the books to cheat him out of his rightful dividends when the business takes off. After that, goodluck . |
