When every military operation ends in AMBUSH, how many scars will that military receive before it becomes wise ?

Before any military can defeat the external enemy, it must first defeat the ones within, called double agents in espionage, that tip-off the external enemy in advance of every patrol..

Note, this comment speaks to all nations and militaries in the world, not to any particular nation or military.

I am having an issue with UCAP stockbroker. I sold some of my cabury and Total shares on the 5th and 10th of this month up until now they haven't credited my bank account as a Direct Cash Settlement customer. I have sent emails to them, but there is no positive result.
I have complained to CSCS, and I was told to lay the complaint through the broker, which I did, but no response yet.
What should I do next?
Stop writing emails and storm those offices shaking with anger. cool

If you had been an old and seamless DCS user then this new hitch is with CSCS.
But if this is your first switch to DCS mode then it's likely your broking house did not process your account to CSCS properly.

Be visibly angry with them.

Why should a werey be made a minister just because he was able to rig rivers election. I had prayed for only his finger to have touched his uniform
"Werey" or not, he is ministerial level.

He is higher even than the Chief of Gen Staff, serving or retired, by protocol.
He is mates only with the Minister of Defence.

Two, you do not need to be an angel to be made a Minister.
You need only to fit into the Top Guy's political calculus.

Three, in this matter, he was in his constitutional jurisdiction.
The Navy was not.

Four, if a property is properly acquired, you will not need even a policeman to guard it.
Anybody that trespasses thereto will go to jail.

Five, yes, the "werey" is not a gentleman at all.
He is rough and bellicose, and an experienced political warlord.

The facts don't support this 15% tax issue, except if the post was just out of humor.

Most of our imported fuel come from Europe, so U.S wouldn't be bothered if we cut back.

Now that we're refining is when we're even helping U. S get a trade surplus with us with our import of WTI, so they'll be all for Dangote Refinery's success
I believe too it was humour, which is why I started by teasing playfully that he will not kee pesin (with his humour). grin

They will resolve their issues. The problem for America is not the genocide.
The problem is that 15% tax on imported fuel. It's going to totally eliminate importation if dirty fuel from Europe and America. Genocide didn't start today.

They will reach another deal that will calm trump. If not, trump will try to scatter things for our president in the next election, using genocide as an excuse.
Mpeace you no go kee pesin.

So tarriff man Trump is planning a regime change attack because we did one little 15% tariff of our own. Would it not be better for them to just use the CIA to blow up Dangote Refinery if so, because that's the real threat to fuel importation.

If Dangote were not there and you hike import duty to even 50% it will only be getting more costly at the pump station. But importers would still be bringing it in, and passing on the cost burden to fuel buyers, thereby not hurting Trump and foreign refiners in any way.

Trump is triggered by the news of Christian Genocide as Obama was of the fake news that it was innocent muslims under persecution in NE Nigeria.
Obama's Kpakus government refused to give Jonathan weapons because the Obama side of the US ideological divide believed that it was Nigerian Christian farmers that were killing Muslims in the bush and stealing their cattles.

During Jonathans government, the Kpakus Obama administration was unrelenting in accusing Nigerian forces battling Gboko H of high handedness, human rights abuses, use of disproportionate force etc against "helpless" Gboko Haram.

I saw this on BBC News this morning.

This is what happens when you're the most powerful military in the world. Then you take a young hot-headed ex-army dude and change his job title from Defense Sec to War Secretary.
Have you not re-programmed him from Defensive to Offensive?
Inevitable outcome is military adventurism.

For Nigeria there is no cause for alarm.
America will not be invading the country country if they decide to go thro with it.
Gboko Haram will be a ragtag militant no-show, up against a Trump-Military that put paid to the Islamic State Caliphate in 3 months of his first coming.

All it will take is a small US Military Outpost in Sambisa Forest equiped with the most lethal land and air military technologies, and co-odination with the surrounding militaries of Nigeria, Cameroun, Chad and Niger.
As the Americans decimate the militants in the forest, those who escape will be mopped up by aforementioned surrounding militaries if the will to finish the insurgency is there.

Ninety-nine percent of Nigerian territory should not even know there is a war on.

Part 2 of Nigeria's security problems is the Fulani Jihad in the Middle Belt and Herdsmen Terrorism all over the Country. Addressing those are simple acts of the President's will to act.
Call in the Military Chiefs and the IGP.
Bang your hand on the desk and order the Chiefs to protect the Middle Belt Communities from Fulani Invaders.
Bang your hand on the desk and order the IGP to disarm the Fulani Herders of the miltary-grade assault riffles they carry about, ferreting out and proscuting their suppliers of such weapons.

There is no systematic Christian Genocide.
But there is Jihadi Insurgency, Gboko H, and Fulani Terrorism. And for sure Jihadists target all non-adherents of the particular extremism they profess, especially when such non-adherents are Christians.

The industry is more like an elephant (Dangote), a leopard (BUA), and a cheetah (Lafarge). The cheetah is outrunning the others on asset efficiency and profitability, but the leopard is not dulling, and you know you can't ignore the mighty elephant.
Then you liken Oando to an unlucky Zebra seized by the leg while trying to cross a crocodile infested River.
The Zebra is halted in movement (price action) mid-River, and groaning, as a giant croc pulls it deeper and deeper into the deep.

The giant croc is N3 trillion humongous Oando indebtness.

Even if Oando announces a new acquisition, it may not move the price because it's like a new croc coming to join the first in pulling Zebra deeper down.

Only the sudden news of dramatic progress in debt repayment (news of steps to free/rescue the Zebra from the crocs) can set off a monster bull in Oando now as I see it.
