Goodday pple... Its high time u people started thinking like an undergraduate o. U should start familiarising urself wit how dey do in d University or else, if u enter UI wit dis "morale of Secondary School" dem go don cheat nd dupe u a lot b4 u bcom wise.
A University hostel is very much different 4rm secondary skool hostel nd so, u don't expect dem 2 start providing Matress for u. All u will meet in some of d rooms are Bunks where u will put ur matress nd some u jst drop ur matress on d floor.
So pls, let's start getting used 2 d system already b4 resuming cos if not.... Hmmmm..... Badt charp niggas dey campus o and if dem don no say u dey behave like JJC, omo, dem go chop u Taya.

University of Ibadan starts exam by October nd ends by November. The University rushes its students in order 2 finish session unfailingly November 2012.

UI second batch admission list is still expected 2 be out in a week 2 come i.e Sep 22. Best of God 2 evri1. I still remain my humble self Zezeny. @Buike8 I want to advice u not 2 confuse urself. OAU nd UI are of d same standard in virtually all areas. So, u av not made a mistake by going 2 one nd abadoning d oda. Moreova, OAU do admit second choice candidates provided u beat d Merit Cut-Off mark of ur department.

Inezara: Hi everyone.I'm new here.I am beginning to have emotional break-downs because of my admission status.I partook in the concluded post-ume and scored 61.I chose English Language but the cut-off mark is 63.I wasn't offered provisional admission and I fell sick because of that.People told me to fill the fallback form that it was #10,500 but I couldn't fill that form due to financial issues.My parents encouraged me to forget about it and prepare for JAMB next year.I have been studying for JAMB and I still am up till date.On the 30th of August,I recieved an email from the university of Ibadan.

I don't know d type of mail u got buh if its d one odas av been receiving, den GOD has rewarded ur effort. I congratulate u on ur admission den. Second, pls don't ever be too emotional about anytin to d extent of falling sick cos of it, cos it is a person dat is alive dat can claim admission. Finally, dats why it is good to follow dis thread. If u had been following dis thread very well, u wouldn't av been misled by anyone about d fall back issue.
All d same, congrats to u on ur success.

For MEDICAL nd PHARMACY students, d counting of CGPA in terms of "Class Honours" does not apply 2 u. Urs is calculated based on percentage or point, like 40, 50, 60 nd so on. I guess 40 is d pass mark.

Jst calm down nd relax. Not all will get d message at once. Jst keep checking and even if u don't get d message dat does not mean u can't be admitted because different tinz might occure dat will not allow d message to be delivered to everybody. So, relax nd jst keep hoping for d list.

Courses other than[/quote]I guess u wanted 2 refer 2 anoda university not UI. because, most of dese courses are not in UI. Courses like : Accounting, Business Administration, Architecture, Public Administration are not offered in UI, and In UI, it is LAW nd not CIVIL LAW.

D mails were sent 2 dose, I guess, deir names are already on d list to be submitted to Jamb on SEP 18. It includes dose dat did change of course and dose dat didn't do. Also, dose dat did change of course nd are still close to d cut-off mark of deir original courses were given deir original courses, through d content of d message. Most of d candidates received d messages between yesterday nd today.

D list I'm talking about is 4 dose dat sat 4 d July 9th post UTME nd scored very close 2 deir dept first batch %.
