babasolution: It's not that easy to remove these leaders, there's state capture in Nigeria, and it's a so called democratic system, just like Donald trump who was difficult, if not for the developed high standards of the USA,he would have remained in power, unlike in Nigeria, only after a sitting presidents tenure ends can he be changed, then again they will try to impose their corrupt colleagues and stooges, it's not an easy ride for Nigeria, also many citizens are uneducated and can't make informed decisions, this also gives leverage to the corrupt elites Well said |

Greyworld: So let's assume you are right how is Nigeria's development your problem?
Even if you have a strong argument i don't think Nigerians want to hear it from you. Me in particular.
However, from my little experience, people fight and die for what they believe in. Once a person has conviction on a particular matter, you don't force them anymore.
Living outside Nigeria for some time how has made me realize that the present day Nigerians dont believe in Nigeria. They have lost hope in the Failed British Project.
They (including my very self) go any where else and labour (slave if you wish to address it thus) and get what they believe in ( money ,good life, basic amenities ) which ordinarily they won't get in the British Project.
I'm may be wrong but what is there to fight for? 20-10-20 comes to mind. Nigerians foreigners are a burden to South African economy |

babasolution: Nobody is running away,I used to be against economic migration, but over the years,i have seen the usefulness, Nigeria is not like southAfrican that had specific enemy as the white regime,in Nigeria, rulers people from probably your own tribe are improvising their people, it's a dicey situation, all out war will pauperised Nigeria more, anyways, there's development going on in Nigeria, though slowly, also the northern Muslim population is a burden, any country with a high Muslim poor population is going to experience alot of distress.SouthAfrica is lucky they don't have high Muslim population Good information. Yes indeed, South Africa benefited from whites people. About the current leaders, Nigerians should remove them. |

VeeVeeMyLuv: where else in the world will a politician irrespective of the position dip his hands in the treasury to loot at will for himself and his family?
Even pure communist country knows better that such can constitute a threat to the survival and existence of a nation.
Seriously? Do u like how the country is at the moment? A whole Fed civil servants salary has been rendered useless because of the hurtful injurious policies of the govt. Almajiries all over the place, beggars everywhere, total anhilliation of middle class, with decreasing number of industries & climbing unemployment, then young highly educated persons rushing out of the country for greener pastures and better life not for vacation.
How do u guys manage to worship leaders that have zero love, care, patriotism for their country? How? I am not sure which country you are talking about. Let me tell you the main problem of South Africa, the ANC government tolerated influx of undocumented foreigners. If this issue can be resolved SoUth Africa will be a better place. |

zhike: Thanks a lot for the good response. Pls let me rephrase my statement, Whites, Indian And coloureds South AfrIcan are heavy travellers and always willing to emigrate from South Africa. Most Southern Africans when they are overseas, they refer themselves as South Africans. Some are even using South African passport.
Facts, Black South Africans will never go to overseas and work as nurses or care givers or most kind of the jobs. It will be rare for South African to work overseas or to have a plan or dream of getting a work overseas.
South Africa has all the characteristics of the developed country, that is why is now referred as a developed country. |

Richy4: I quite agreed with u to some extent.. The transparency of COVID record that the country is keeping is topnotch... But I don't agree that the South African citizens were not heavy travelers... I understand that it could be the cycle of friends that U may have been keeping that formed your opinion...
But dear there are lots of South Africans around the world.. I have seen a lot of them in Australia both white and black.. and this is just a fraction of them that were leaving around the world...Many are nurses or doing some caregiver occupation...
Just double check your statistics once again and u will discover that a lot of them are getting out of South Africa as we speak..
Also I have no idea that South Africa is no longer a third world country..I didn't get the memo Thanks a lot for the good response. Pls let me rephrase my statement, Whites, Indian And coloureds South AfrIcan are heavy travellers and always willing to emigrate from South Africa. Nigeria is a failed state.
The Nigerian army is useless, it unable to deal with bokoharam.
The problem of Nigeria is that there is no law, people are selling on the street without paying tax, many shops are not paying tax, many employers are not paying tax . Many people don’t have identity numbers.
How do you expect a government to win against bokaharam if the country is lawless.
They must learn from South Africa |

Richy4: You are 100% correct.. South African is extremely honest and transparent in these COVID war.. more than any other countries in African ... It's unfortunate that the record they were making public comes back to bite the country and it's citizens in the A$$. Indeed South Africa is honest about covid 19 research and statistics, while in Nigeria there is no covid 19 research and statistics (we understand Nigeria is a third world country) About the punishment from UK, pls note Real South Africans are not bothered . Please remember South Africans don’t like traveling to other countries, they prefer to remain home and build their country |
