Start with poverty and unemployment. Developed country like Mauritius has eliminated that.

South Africa has world class infrastructure but what it lacks is growing economy that can generate enough jobs to make poverty history.

check share dividends of MTN and you will see that more than 60% of MTN is owned by African.
All big SA corporates africans owns more than 60% of shares.

PIC is a holding company that is owned by SA govt, check how many shares it owns at SA companies.
the problem is that most Africans owns less than 1% shares of big corporates, but when you combine the shares of all Africans they are above 60% .

why white people are in the executives of this companies?
few white people have money and they managed to buy more than 2% of shares of those companies and that allows them to be board of directors.
shares of all white people combined can not be more than 40%.

Just give me 1 SA company where white people owns more than 40% of shares.

This is not true. Competition is good. Let Ghana compete with Nigeria and cotedvoire with Cameroon, and Tanzania with Kenya. That's what can lead to development. Nigeria did quite well when we had federalism, with the regions competing with each other.
