Webmasters › Re: Why Do You Still Work For Nigerian Companies? by Zidoh(m): 2:34pm On Dec 12, 2021*. Modified: 3:12pm On Dec 12, 2021 |
DSTVee: I personally think the availability of these jobs are the problem. 1.Foreigners dont trust Nigerians. No Nigerian will prefer peanuts naira to dollars or pounds. 2. People will tell you there are sites to go in order to get foreign gigs but will fail to highlight this sites.. 3. After struggling for a while, people give up and make do with what they have or jobs. Available, which are this Nigerian gigs, as annoying as they may be. 4. Our name have spoil kpatakpata in the outside world, immediately you say you are Nigerian, the conversation dies on its own. But to be honest it's still working for some people as long as you're good at what you do. |

Business › Re: HELP! Which Of These Businesses Should I Go For? by Zidoh(m): 10:40pm On Dec 06, 2021 |
Mrdashnigeria: Hello everyone. I am a 28 year old young man with some savings and I would like to start a business that would be a household name. Which means I need to start a business that meets a real need. Which of these business ideas below solve a major problem for Nigerians right now and has high likelihood of becoming a household name ( even if I don’t make profit right away, I know it takes time)
1) A store (with Shoprite’s kind of ambience) that sells used items from clothing to electronics and gadgets. I thought of this because of the high poverty in Nigeria and high inflation rate. If people can get good quality items for half the cost of new, it would be nice.
2) An internet/tech company that specializes in posting verified jobs available across the nation.
3) A website that makes finding apartments easier. So instead of walking With agents from house to house to see crappy houses, you can sit on the comfort of your bed and see pictures and videos of apartments that match your standard, taste and budget.
Which one of this is viable, addresses a major problem and has the tendency to still be solving a huge need in 10/20 years to come. Thank you! Wow what a nice idewl.out there |

isaiah4life: Is okay to be angry OP, but a kind person is always a kind person regardless of how people treat him/her. The shame is not on you, OP. The shame is on them.
If they can betray JESUS, who are you that they can't betray. The fact that they betrayed Jesus didn't stop him from relating with the few.
OP, I have never benefitted from your numerous giveaways but I have seen how many people you have helped. Your reward is not only here on earth, it also in heaven. In eternity to come, you will walk like a patriarch. Your essence will always strike a cord in eternity.
In a nutshell, it is not a rich person that gives, it those with a kind and caring heart without looking at the inadequacies of men that gives. OP, you are indeed one of those rare gem with a golden and unadulterated heart. In a faceless forum like this, you give without holding back. I must really commend you and pray that your life will keep shining. Amen.....he can't change it's who God has made him to be. |

Starboytwo: Ok here's my first 419 experience...
It was around 2010 or so, was still in secondary school and I saw a text message on my mum's phone saying I won a washing machine, some airtime plus some other freebies, I should quickly call one(attached)number to claim prize...
I saw the message had a different number from the text number, but I called and I spoke with one man, he told me I had won all the above and I was truly happy.. However I will have to send him 1000 glo airtime and automatically my acct balance will be credited with 63,000...
I went to my mum, and asked to borrow 1k, she had heard some of the conversation and repeatedly warned me that they were 419...
I be like, naaa it's not maa, you don't know bout this things yo! Back and forth, but she nor gree gimme 1k... Later i went to my neighbor and borrow 1k(on my mother's name) shaybi i will collect prize it will shock her
I send card and I waited, immediately something inside my head click wait, so I load card on my mother's phone, Dem don load am... So I called
Me - erm, hello, Mr tunde, I have yet to receive the balance, nd how I'm I getting the prizes, especially washing machine etc
Scammer- oh, yes he's got it, that they are working on it, he's in a meeting and he would call me as soon as he's through
Me- hmm, meeting I knew things were beginning to "go throwing"
An few minutes later, I called again, it ranged for a while then he picked
Me - hello Mr Tunde, blah blah blah
Scammer- oga, how far.
The moment I heard the word "oga" I came to the realization say "things don set" .
I actually thanked him, even though I told him I suppose swear for an, this "early moh moh"but I thanked him anyway and he hunged up... I got back in and I saw my mum and my neighbor talking they both said congratulations... I didn't know how they figured out as I haven't said anything, na so slap just dey enter my head hook, line, sinker everything... You cracked me up......I like the way you write kudos.. |

Career › Re: Payment Platform For Freelancers by Zidoh(m): 11:50am On Nov 30, 2021 |
Applelips: Good day guys, i really need the forum's help in getting the money I worked for.
I have been working on some survey sites for about two months now and have so far earned about $50 dollars from doing these tasks. The problem now is how to get my money paid into my bank account.
I had chosen skrill and Paypal as my preferred payment option, but after cashing out from the survey account to my skrill account, I am unable to withdraw the money. I provided all the required information and the account was verified. When I wanted to withdraw the money into my bank, I was told it is not supported in Nigeria.
Both Paypal and skrill say I cant withdraw directly into my bank account and I am at a crossroad here. I read somewhere that you can withdraw it into a visa card from some selected banks but I only own a master's card from FirstBank.
Can someone help me out here? Like how do I get my money from skrill and can you also suggest other platforms I can use to cash out? I was thinking Paypal was easier, but it doesn't seem so anymore. Good day, worry not we will buy your Skrill funds at good rate. All you have to do is transfer from Skrill to Skrill and we will credit the equivalent to your bank account. Curtisaxel10: Hello. I recently did some freelance work for a foreign company that only uses PayPal as its medium of payment. I opened a PayPal account and sent the details to the company so I can get paid but I heard that PayPal does not permit payments to Nigerian accounts. Can anyone confirm or deny this? If it is true, is there any way I can circumvent this regulation so I can collect my money? The company insists on paying on PayPal alone. Thanks. Good day, unfortunately Nigeria Paypal can't receive payment you can only use it to pay for goods and services online. We can receive the payment on your behalf while pay Naira into your bank account.Kindly check below for What'sapp contact also check through profile for your background check to be ascertain....thanks. |
