I have contacted CS they said the have notified the buyer to give it's requirements, that I should give the buyer 48hrs if no response, I should contact them to cancel the order in such a way it won't affect my COMPLETION PERCENTAGE

Some buyers on this Fiverr platform, I don't know their aim.
A buyer just placed an order on Saturday morning without contacting me first (I instructed before anyone should place an order they should first contact me).
I immediately message the buyer when he was still online but I didn't get a reply. I dropped message for him to reply incase if he comes back online, still no response.

I started monitoring to know if I can see he is online, I later succeeded to see his status showing he is online, I messaged again and he refused to reply again till now.

No instruction was given on what he wants me to do for him. I checked the review given by the sellers he Purchased their service only to find out that a seller dropped a bad review about him for placing an order he doesn't need.

This thing has left me confused as I don't know what to do. Cancelling this order will affect my account. My account has been demoted twice because of order cancellation.

There is this keyword on Amazon KDP that bring sales alot but one publishing company or individual have copyrighted the keyword.

The keyword is "Dummies" and is a very lucrative keyword but using that will put your KDP account into trouble.

My account have been suspended temporarily in the past few months and the lastest was yesterday for using "Dummies" in one of my books.

I reinstated the account but I have delisted all the books with that keyword.

A friend lost his KDP account with over 1k dollars in it because of that keyword.

That keyword has been getting me most of my sales but one bad belle individual or company decide to copyright the keyword and prevent others from using it.

We move sha.

If you are a KDP publisher this information will definitely save you from trouble.

Hello boss, thanks very much for your post.

I started Amazon KDP in 2020 after seeing a YouTube video. I didn't really take it seriously then die to the competition and being my first attempt. By the way, the phone number I used to sign up on Amazon was a Google voice number.

My phone got lost in December last year, and the phone number got deactivated due to inactivity.

Late last year, I closed my Payoneer account and opened a new one due to some issues.

Now, I had two problems:
1. I no longer have access to the phone number I used to open my Amazon account.

2. The bank account (payoneer) was also not accessible.

Around June, KDP sent me an email that I'd made a sale but the funds couldn't be processed because my bank account was no longer active.

I called Amazon for help, but they requested for the billing address attached to the former bank account.

I've been chatting with Payoneer for months now, but they keep telling me the "appropriate department is working on retrieving the required data"..

Now, I can't access my Amazon account nor the kdp platform to continue the business.

Now, my question is:
Can I open another Amazon account and verify with the same documents I used for the first one?
