Op to be honest this is a thought provoking article. I'm glad to see there is a consistency in progress amongst most of these top scorers. As a product of public university, I have to admit that some of these private universities have come of age and can't be pushed over. Covenant you mentioned is solid. Some like Nile University Abuja, American University of Nigeria, Yola; Babcock; Bowen; ABUAD are gaining ground.
For the secondary school you mentioned Deeper Life High School where this year's UTME top scorer emerged from, has been consistent in top performance (both UTME and WAEC) since inception and their University (Anchor University Ayobo, Lagos) is silently getting established. I think they've had 2 sets of graduates now and had their 7th Matriculation just yesterday. Truth is, some of our graduates can hold their head high even globally despite our falling educational system and standards.

To be quite frank, the staff work themselves to the bones and keep the students engaged. My love above all is for the zero tolerance for exam malpractices. To God be the glory. Go boys and girls!

ANAN is college of accountancy.

It was upgraded to a University and approved by the Federal Government in February this year.

ANAN is not recognized in the south. Any Aboki constituted accounting association or institution is invalid

I didn't mean whether it was recognised in terms of geo-politics or whatever! I meant to state that the ANAN University is the first approved by the Federal Executive Council and so is the first Accounting university in Nigeria.

Yes it has always been a College if Accounting but on 3rd February 2021, the Federal Executive Council (FEC) approved it as the ANAN University. It was one of 20 universities approved that day.

Please check this information! The ANAN university already approved and located in Kwall, Plateau State should be the first Accounting university in Nigeria.

Deeper Life High School Abuja campus but their admission is very competitive. They don't take transfer from other schools and your child may be posted to another campus such as Lafia or Kaduna if he or she doesn't meet the cut off for Abuja campus.
