Hello friends Concerned about the growing trend of backsliding and apostasy, seeing the way many are being misled by the wicked, realising that eternity is near, considering the need to stand in the gap and appreciating the medium of a chat room like this, I've set up this thread as a non-denominational platform for discipleship, sharing the undiluted but scarce word if God, counselling youths and young adults as well as marriages from a Biblical perspective. You can drop your concerns, questions and also contact me for private counselling on more intimate and personal matters that may not be appropriate to discuss here. Your servant in His love, Bro Isaac |

Onyemadonald:It was upgraded to a University and approved by the Federal Government in February this year. |

femi4:I didn't mean whether it was recognised in terms of geo-politics or whatever! I meant to state that the ANAN University is the first approved by the Federal Executive Council and so is the first Accounting university in Nigeria. 1 Like |

Ameboperoo:Yes it has always been a College if Accounting but on 3rd February 2021, the Federal Executive Council (FEC) approved it as the ANAN University. It was one of 20 universities approved that day. |

Please check this information! The ANAN university already approved and located in Kwall, Plateau State should be the first Accounting university in Nigeria. 24 Likes 4 Shares |

bisiswag:Deeper Life High School Abuja campus but their admission is very competitive. They don't take transfer from other schools and your child may be posted to another campus such as Lafia or Kaduna if he or she doesn't meet the cut off for Abuja campus. |

Quality20:Guess you meant to say IGP? Not at all sir! It's difficult though not absolutely impossible. I am a realist please. |

Waoh! This is may be strategic and it may qualify one of them to be appointed as Police IGP very soon if and when the current IGP bows out. Fingers crossed. I love Naija ![]() ![]() 5 Likes |

The presidency has asked the Commandant General of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Abdullahi Gana, to remain in office despite the expiration of his tenure, PRNigeria reports. Recall that the federal government in 2019 through the Ministry of Interior elongated his tenure by six months, which expired on Monday, January 18, 2021. NSCDC spokesman, Emmanuel Okeh, in a statement on July 19, announced that the Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbeshola communicated the approval. Now, the presidency has asked Gana to await an official memo on the next line of action. Gana was said to have handed over on Monday to a Deputy Commandant General, Hilary Kelechi Madu. But the presidency, it was gathered, insists it did not give a handover directive and as such, the status quo be maintained. The claim is that Gana still has two years in service. If so, stakeholders wonder why was he granted a six-month extension that elapsed on Monday. They argue that the government could have in 2019 approved his incumbency until “actual” retirement date. Madu now has to wait longer as efforts are being made to further extend his boss’s stay in office. Powerful forces are reportedly lobbying the presidency and top officials for this to happen. Recall that some retired serving officers and concerned citizens had warned Buhari against an extension of tenure for heads of Nigeria’s paramilitary agencies. According to them, retaining the officials after their tenure expiration would psychologically affect personnel development and career progression. The warning directed at President Buhari and Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola, noted that the likes of Controller-General, Nigeria Correctional Service (NCoS), Jaafaru Ahmed; Comptroller-General, Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Muhammad Babandede; Commandant-General, NSCDC, Abdullahi Gana should not be approved for another term in office. This newspaper understands that the warning came after alleged moves by Aregbesola to get Buhari’s approval for the continued stay of the officials. The stakeholders wondered if there are no capable hands to take over, continue with policies, as well as inject new ideas. https://www.naijanews.com/2021/01/20/buhari-stops-nscdc-cg-appointment-restores-gana-expiration/ |

MoneyTrees:Thanks for your advice bro. It's a free world. There are folks spending larger amounts, even ten times more in other schools and some can even spend that at a sitting in a joint. |

larrybabanla:My brother, God bless. They don't pay me! I actually pay them because I have 2 children there and they are in 2 separate campuses so I pay school fees to them instead. Have a wonderful day sir. |

IamAsiri:Yes it's about 900k for the most expensive sessions (JSS 1 and SS1). 1 Like |

Mgbadike80:Yes, he said N1.1m for a session but it's about N915k for the most expensive years (Basic 7 and SS1) |
![]() |
Classickj:Well, it's about 10% of what some schools charge. It's just how life is. It's expensive for some and even too cheap for some! |
![]() |
Lekan239:Thanks beloved. I have 2 kids there. A colleague had 4 at a time and 2 have graduated. Several parents have multiple kids there at same time. The school has 22 campuses (in 21 States plus Abuja) with students from all over. The applicants are too many, especially for Abuja, Port Harcourt and Lagos campuses. |

Mgbadike80:No idea sir. |
![]() |
Patiks:Yes, nearly that in JSS1 and SS1 cos N455 for ONLY starting term of basic seven or SS1 (one term)+ 230k for 2 terms =455+460=915k NOT 1.1m as stated by OP. |

Mgbadike80:Still not up to N1.1M please. |

heniford2:Is there any sane person who wouldn't act or is saying anyone shouldn't seek remedy? There are multiple channels and for the records, I have never said anyone should be mute. What we should avoid is making sweeping generalisations. Both victims and those accused should be fully heard and very holistic and independent investigation swiftly conducted. I have said so on several platforms. 3 Likes |

heniford2:Of course not! I will definitely report to the appropriate agencies and if dissatisfied, seek legal redress immediately while prioritising my child's psychological and clinical recovery. Enough said bro. Have a peaceful evening. 14 Likes |

heniford2:I can't remember discussing about this case. I only clarified the school fees cos lots of copy and paste information are being bandied about. As for the current case, it has nothing to do with religion! Allegations are what they are, allegations and should be swiftly and thoroughly investigated by the appropriate government institutions be they law enforcement agencies, supported if need be by local and international observers and fully prosecuted. I have no interest in cover ups (if any) and not in position to credit or discredit any claims or counter claims. That's my stand. God bless you. 15 Likes |
