PoliticsRevealed : Atiku Behind Nyako’s Impeachment Nightmare by zik4ever(op): 2:47pm On Jul 06, 2014
Is this for real or anyone with ground gist?

Checks by Pointblanknews.com has revealed that a former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar is behind the impeachment nightmare of Adamawa Governor, Murtala Nyako.
It has also been revealed that Atiku curiously masterminded the defection of some All Progressive Congress (APC) APC members to the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), to whittle down the influence of Nyako and set the stage for his exit.
When trouble started in Yola for Nyako, some believed the mastermind was the PDP and President Goodluck Jonathan. They had speculated that Jonathan wanted him out because of his very acerbic letter he wrote to his colleagues and the need for his party to seize the structure in the state.
But to the chagrin of most , Nyako Friday said Jonathan had no interest in his removal. He made veiled reference to Atiku when he said some Abuja based politicians from his state are behind his problems.
Meanwhile the acting Chief Judge of Adamawa State, Justice Ambrose Mammadi, late Friday announced the constitution of a seven-man committee to investigate allegations of gross misconduct against the embattled governor of the state, Murtala Nyako and his deputy, Bala Ngilari, The state House of Assembly had recently served Nyako and Ngilari with impeachment notices, and asked the Chief Judge to institute such panel.
According to Nyako “ ‘some senior citizens’ of Adamawa based in Abuja are behind the political imbroglio bedeviling the state,..The presidency is not planning a plot to remove me from office contrary to speculations,” he said. “We know that Adamawa state is full of intellectuals, when issues arise, we use different approaches to address it. That is the cause of the political differences we have, but no much outside interference.”
Both men went for each other’s jugular during the last congress in the state. But at the end of the day, Nyako’s men seized the structure of the APC in the state.
With that, Atiku who wanted the structure to ensure his ambition to be President was intact, decided to wrestle power from Nyako by hook or crook including masterminding his impeachment.
Pointblanknews.com sources hinted that Atiku’s men advised that the only way he could get back the structure and also become the Kingmaker, and ensure the state supports his ambition is to remove Nyako.
Subsequently, it was learnt, Atiku mobilized funds , which he used to induce some key stakeholders, lawmakers and party executives. He also masterminded the defection of some Nyako’s men from the APC.
Before the Congress, Atiku had thrown his political weight behind one of the spinster group led by Alhaji Abdulraman Namdaz who was the former Deputy Governorship candidate for the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) in 2013 general election in the state.
During their political tour to the 21 Local Government Areas of the state, Namdaz group informed the APC members that they were sent by the former Vice President to mobilize the electorate ahead of the state congress.
The former Vice President instructed them to form the State Working Committee (SWC) of the party which informed their movement round the 21 Local Government Areas of the state to create awareness to the APC supporters that Atiku will form the party executive in the state with members of the defunct Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN), Congress for Progressive Change [CPC], new PDP and PDM.
.
While Atiku group believe that Nyako should not be entrusted with the party structure of APC considering the humiliation Atiku suffered in the hand of Nyako during the PDP presidential primaries when he was denied home support.
But Nyako camp of are of the view that Atiku is coming to take its own pound of flesh from Nyako and they are making efforts to truncate any of his move to take over the party structure from Nyako.
Political pundits believe that the former Vice President’s ambition to vie for elective post may suffer another setback if he fails to form alliance with governor Nyako considering the fact that Nyako is not personally interested in any elective position.
The issue of who succeeds Nyako is another issue creating problems between the two gladiators. Atiku and his men are insisting that Nyako must not impose his son, Navy Commander Abdul-Aziz Nyako, on the people. But some members of Nyako camp argued against it, stressing that Nyako’s son was a member of APC before Nyako and Atiku joined the party. They said it is not a crime for him to aspire to be Governor.
Said our source “ Atiku wants to be relevant in Adamawa APC. Nyako had frustrated that and he feels slighted that as a former VP he barely has a say in the APC leadership hierarchy in the state.”
The source told Pointblanknews.com “ Atiku had been very unhappy after losing out in the party’s congress to Nyako. His Presidentila ambition is hanging in the balance because he has no complete control of the structure currently in the pocket of Nyako. So his only option is to remove him at all cost”

Politics2015: Opposition Floods South With Northern Migrant Voters • by zik4ever(op): 2:21pm On Jul 06, 2014
Is this media report for real or just propaganda?

TOP flight security reports arising from arrests of northerners in the southern region have revealed a plot by one of the leading opposition parties to flood the South-South and South-East geopolitical zones with northern migrant voters ahead of the 2015 presidential polls.
The plot, already under implementation, has led to movement of thousands of northerners to all states of the South-South and South-East, as well as part of the South-West.
The movement reportedly started mid last year and had gone undetected until the Boko Haram insurgency necessitated closer security checks across the country.
Sunday Tribune exclusively gathered these details from closely-guarded security reports compiled by security officials who investigated the 486 northerners arrested while travelling in a convoy of 33 buses to Abia State last month.
It will be recalled that several hundreds of northerners were intercepted in Rivers and Bayelsa states early in the year but were released following outcry over alleged profiling of northerners in the South.
Previous arrests and investigation were focused on Boko Haram links until recently when some of the arrested northerners opened up on their mission to the region.
The opposition party’s alleged involvement exposed
According to the security report, investigations have unearthed a plot by the political party to move thousands of eligible voters from the North-West and Northeastern part of the country to the South-East and South-South in the next few weeks, where they could register as eligible voters ahead of the presidential election in February next year.
Informed sources, who spoke to Sunday Tribune, further disclosed to our reporters that many of the 486 people who were arrested and detained had confessed to having been mobilised by political party chieftains to relocate to the South and integrate into the civil populace ahead of the 2015 polls.
The plan, according to a top security official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, is to increase the voting strength of the opposition political party and secure the mandatory 25 per cent of votes cast in those states and thereby enhance its chances of winning the presidential election.
“When one considers the fact that the constitution requires that for a person to be declared winner in a presidential election, he must score, at least, one quarter of votes cast in 24 states in addition to scoring the highest number of votes cast nationwide, it becomes clear that a party which does not score this mandatory percentage in the 11 states of the South-East and South-South will be in a very precarious situation” the source said.
The investigation team was also said to have gathered that the arrested travellers were just one tranche of thousands of others who had moved earlier into different states and registered during the continuous voter registration exercise in six states.
Most of the arrested persons said they had never travelled out of the North and were told that arrangements had been made for their accommodation and feeding for the next six months.
A leader of the group, who is from one of the states in the North-West, was said to have confessed during interrogation that the logistics for the night journey was provided by a former member of the National Assembly, who is also a coordinator to a presidential aspirant from the zone.
According to the Sunday Tribune source, “several funds transfer by politicians into accounts of those arrested are currently being investigated while security agents have been put on alert to mount surveillance on those who had moved into the South much earlier. The nation’s law does not recognise migrant voters. Everyone is expected to vote in his or her normal place of residence. This development is worrisome as it portrays the desperation of our politicians”
The source explained that a similar scenario had played out in South-West state, leading to the redeployment of a Resident Electoral Commissioner, after being fingered in conducting clandestine voter registration for about 6,000 persons whose identity could not be ascertained by the local community.
The REC, it was gathered, was ordered to proceed on an annual leave after the top echelon of INEC was alerted by security agencies of his connivance with some politicians to conduct the surreptitious registration exercise where thousands of people of Northern origin were registered within a space of three weeks during the voter registration update in the state.
Security implication of voter migration under investigation
Another angle being investigated by security agencies, according to the source, is the security implication of the act, in view of threats by some politicians to instigate violence in the event of losing the 14 February, 2015 election.
It is the fear of security men that most of these persons who are mostly between the ages of 17 and 24 could be used by politicians to cause havocs before, during and after the general elections.
The security chiefs confirmed that investigations are still on to unravel the extent to which this plan had been hatched by the politicians and to determine the culpability of some officials of the electoral body.

I'm glad to info all that after extracting our own share of the emancipation of the NIger Delta from our revered brother, Dr. Edmund Daukoru, we dropped off his kidnapped precious wife, Gladys at an exclusive Hotel in Ph this afternoon.Who says our cause isnt justified!Meanwhile as a further demonstration of the social cost of insecurity and even 'security' in our cherished region, a dear friend called from Ughelli in Delta state to say, a trigger-happy MOPOL taking over duty at First Bank Ughelli branch today morning (about 8am?) fired a warning or is it welcome shot on the concrete floor in the premises (perhaps to warn our comrade militants and fellow emancipators who are Bank shareholders by birthright, having being rendered jobless by years of 'company and government neglect').The Bullet bounced off and hit a pregnant woman on the Chest, killing her on the spot in the very befall and presence of her expectant father of a Husband. However, assurances were reportedly given that the erring MOPOL would be tried through the same internal disciplinary process that dismissed Mallam Nuhu Ribadu from the Force. Perhaps the MOPOL fired into the air (I'm told thats the standard even to disperse rioters) and the Bullet was deflected, or perhaps it was an accidental discharge from a defective weapon (we militants have better ones), or perhaps this incident never happened? It could be a figment of my imaginative ex-Mass-Comm lecturer friend who was clearly distraught and literally mad on the phone. Please let somone concerned follow up this matter (Keyamo, Sahara Reporters or whoever). The blood of the innocent child whose destiny has been vandalised demands justice.I was so pained I had to put this in the open. Please continue to pray for Nigeria.

''We'' want to develop our Niger Delta region so we must kidnap and where necessary, kill our own kith and kin to enrich our pocket via ransom demand. Thats our preferred mode of operation. It doesnt matter that the little girl we killed the other day in PH was trying to protect her kid brother. We still made away with the boy after gunning the sister to death!Who says we are not trying to ''emancipate'' our region. We dont care that Rivers state got the highest allocation last year, leading other Niger states on the list of states with revenue, we must wait for Yar'Adua to come and fix the gutters in our streets even when such streets are opposite our local government secretariats like Omachi Road and Alhaji Estate in PH that is directly opposite Obi Akpor LG secretariat.
