my dear,breast milk is d best...take more fluids,water,juice,tea, d breast milk will overflow.I tell u.friso gold and pap should be at 6 months though I started mine at 4 months because I started work and I had light issues so I could not store d breastmilk in d fridge ...exclusive breast feeding is very very good.well done,dear

first of all,congrats! D flow lasts for 3 to 6 weeks.breastfeedin helps d womb contract n all d fluid flow out. mine was for 3 weeks.ur baby removes d cap? Abeg try o.cos na for their head,hands n feet cold dey take enter

Symptoms of ear infection are fever,ur child tugging his ear,redness around d area,secretions from d ear. I suggest u take her to d doctor. breast feeding while lying down is not advisable.and it can also cause ear infection. ur breasts could suffocate d baby. and u could sleep off.I remember when I just gave birth,I was always tired because of d sleepless nights. one of those nights,I got up to breastfeed baby and I was still tired and sleepy.I slept off while breastfeeding her and I dint know when my hubby took her from my arms.I woke up later looking for my baby and saw her with hubby. dis is one of d reasons y a new mum needs someone with her.,d hubby or d mum..i've read about women dt killed their children due to sleeping off while feeding baby whether lying down or sitting.

Jade William: I wish u prepared earlier b4 startin ur nyt duty.My sister inlaw is doin her housemanship.Sh's always on cal even at nyt.Sh was lucky 2hav gotten a 40 somthng year old widow thru a church member&d nanny stays wit d kids whil sh goes 4nyt&wkend call.Sh pays her just 10k&is livin wit her although sh's lazy.Mayb due to arthritis but atleast,sh's helpful 2a good extent.Talk 2church members&ur customers in d markt.Even if u can get a smal girl,u can b goin 2work wit them if its allowed wher u work.But if u'r interested in d agency dat helps get nannies;I can get d info frm my anty 4u but d price is d thng.I wish u d best.

hi mamas.good work y'all. i'l soon start work and will be doing night duties ans weekend duties. my baby is 9 months old.will I be able to get a nanny dt will look after my baby nights and weekends when i'm at work? hubby is not around now.getting a live in househelp has been difficult. my mum is still working

I work in d hospital and sometimes I go for night call duty. or weekend call duty...I have a nine month old.getting a small girl is not easy.a nanny is d best option...hubby is not around, he stays in another state ....now, will I be able to get a nanny that will be willing to stay with my baby d nights I wont be in?pls any suggestions?

Also I used gripe water for my baby for her colic...also noticed d colic comes with a lot of gas in her stomach and she gets better when she burps or farts ... massaging helps
another thing that helps is,while feeding baby,burp her or him every few minutes ...it helps

this is really a good piece and it's good it made front page.... spicy food which includes pepper has a lot to do with ulcer.u may not totally avoid it but u could use it at d barest minimum
