Booking a space for next meeting

I hope they settle down quickly to ensure that their locations are violent free during the elections. I really hope that they coordinate well ,this re-shuffle I'm thinking so close to election might not give them ample time to acquaint with their location especially volatile areas that need more security personnel,or is this a ploy to remove them from familiar territories to avoid them being used by desperate politicians?
