They shouldn't be celebrating this failure. The guy just duped the workers and most of them still doesn't know. The minimum wage system that the state adopted is a total waste of time. The state unions need to reject it as soon as possible.

Yes, I've done the conversion. I did mine at the state office in Osun State. But you need to book an appointment before going there otherwise the officials won't attend to you. Service fee is 100naira payable via POS only.

I'm not in Lagos State, but I'll visit their office in my state on Monday. Although I sat for the exam, but I later heard that it wasn't compulsory to do that.
