The All Progressives Congress (APC) has listed conditions that must be met before a representative of its presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu would debate with labour party presidential candidate, Peter Obi.



Recall that Tinubu was absent during the November 6 presidential town hall meeting organized by Arise TV. The likes of Obi, Kwankawso were present while PDP's Atiku Abubakar was represented by his vice presidential candidate Ifeanyi Okowa.
