Apart from the power of attorney from ministry of interior and the offer letter, please what are the list of
docs/things needed for the interview?
Like travel insurance (how many months?)

What if the start date on offer letter is past, does it break anything?

I booked appointment in June and read that skilled workers are exempt from the travel restrictions, my enquiry form has also not be replied.

International flights are banned still. So even with a visa travel is not possible.

Cinema4d is a good tool for modelling, its likewise goood for creating animations, I find it more easier using cinema4d than blender.
