Our purpose in this life is to recognize the Creator to be grateful to Him to worship Him  to know Him to surrender to Him to obey His laws that He has determined to us whatever we do in the course of that worship (the  eating  the sleeping  the dressing the working  the enjoying )between birth and death is consequential and subject to his orders but the main reason for our creation is worship I don't think anyone who is analytical or scientific will have much of argument with that Purpose

My routine to keep in shape I spend 1 hr at least in the Gym 7 days a week 2 times a week Pilates or Yoga
my typical breakfast egg white with toasted wheat bread orange juice and green tea or oatmeal with soy milk
for lunch grill chicken or salmon sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes
for Dinner vegetables rice and beans or fish fillet with noodles cup of free fat Yoghurt
I snack on baby carrot grapes nuts and berries
No hydrogenated oil butter cheese salt or mayonnaise in my food
No alcohol soda or cigarettes just water and orange juice

Jesus was mentioned in the Koran and treated with reverence and respect and according to the Koran the Prophet Mohamed was mentioned in the Bible by his name Ahmed  and  in the book of John chapter 14 16 17  mentioned  as the comforter and  the spirit of truth  add to that that the Koran is God 'unaltered word and the Bible in its current version is corrupted

We already know Allah our Lord is One As in surat Alikhlass 112:1-4 but why Allah the Lord use "WE "to refer to Himself in many verse or ayat in the Koran? for example he says in surat Alanbiya 21 :107""And We did not send you (Mohamed)except as a Mercy to the world" why does Allah use ''WE''
instead of '' I'' to refer to himself ?
We all know the Koran says clearly that there is only One God Allah "there is no God but Allah" is the basic principle of Islam there is no ambiguity about this fact in the Koran and there are  hundreds of ayats or  verses that make this pont very clear   Belief in more than one God is shirk (polytheism) and a major sin according to the  Koran actually the only sin that Allah promise he will never forgive
Whenever in the Koran Allah is mentioned in third person there are always singular pronouns used such as Him He ( hua,or Hu)
when Allah is spoken to in the second person there are always singular pronoun You thou (Anta, Ka) however only in the first person sometimes the pronouns" I "My or Mine (Ana, Iyaya ,Ya) are used and sometimes "We ,Us and Our ( Nahnu ,Na) are used
This is  a style of speech and as an Arabic native speaker I know sometimes the speaker says  I and sometimes says we  We always use that in our conversations In the Koran you will see that often the first person singular such as I or My is used when Allah speaks about his Love care closeness
and forgiveness for his servant In similar way the first person Plural is often used when Allah tries  to emphasize something or  speak about his Power Majesty Glory, Great deeds or when he speaks about His anger and wrath for the sinners and criminals  ( this is of course the general use sometimes the reverse is also the case depending on the context of the surah
some Christians writers in their desperate desire to prove their doctrine of "trinity"have sometimes interpreted some biblical passages where first person plural is used to suggest that means the "divine trinity"for example in the Bible it is mentioned "then God said"Let  us make  man in our Image " Genesis 1:26 Christians writers contend that this means that there is plurality in God (We seek Allah 's Forgiveness for mentioning this blasphemy)

In Muslims Sunnis view there are six Majors Hadith collections which are considered canonicals they are in order of Authenticity :
1- Sahih Al Bukhari
2- Sahih Muslim
3-Sunan Al sughra
4-Sunan Abu Dawud
5-Jamil Al Tirmidhi
6-Sunan Ibn Majih
The First Two commonly referred to as the two Sahihs as indications of their authenticity
The two majors aspects of Hadiths are the text of the report (the matn) which contains the actual narrative and the chain of Narrators( Isnad)
which documents the route by which the repport has been transmitted
Those who are not canonicals lack the chain of Narrators the scale of the report transmission and the individuals narrators involved in its transmissions until the the originator they are called (daif) weak or( Mawdu )fabricated

The text of the letter sent :
In the Name of Allah the Beneficient the Merciful this letter is from Mohamed the slave of Allah and his Apostle I invite you to Islam if you become Muslim you will  be safe and Allah double your reward and if you reject this invitation of Islam you will be committing a sin by misguiding your subjects and I recite to you Allah statement
'O people of the scriptures come to word common to you and us that we worship none but Allah and that we associate nothing in worship with him
and that none of us should take others as Lords beside Allah then if they turn away say bear witness we are Muslims '' Koran Surah 3 Ayah 64
