I'm doing an online UK Diploma in Care besides other care certificates but I m not a nurse.

I m wondering if I can still apply for Austria and Canada care assistant job. UK is now preferring to sponsor students living in UK on tier 2 sponsorship than people applying outside UK especially Nigeria.
