slickruler: Hello Everyone..
Please who knows a phone number or email address of anybody at the SA High Commission.
This is really becoming embarrassing because its better this people tell us they are not giving out visa's anymore let people know there stand.
My fiancee's visa has been denied for the second time. I am here on critical skills visa since October. Sent her all the required docs she that was requested on her first application. She was denied on the ground that my offer letter was not attached.
She submitted another application on 3rd of may with my Employment Letter and all my Payslips certified from the SAP (SA Police). She received it this morning and it was denied again that "Host should submit critical skills work visa with endorsement of the company assigned to". I got my critical skills by myself before i got my job. Whoever did this
What type of rubbish is that one We submitted 6 months Payslip/ 6 months Bank Statement / My Contract Letter all certified.
I dont want to go into details how pissed I am at the moment. How much money and time has been spent on this. Not to talk stamps on her passport. My tax here can pay 2 people here comfortably so i dont see why someone wont do his job well.
That's it... I am done with this country. They should eat there visa.
Planning my way out already. Anyone looking for Critical Skills.. Focus the energy on other countries please Canada/Australia. This guys are becoming something else. My Candid advise. I am sure a xenophobic black handled this because the whites dont have problems here contrary to other opinions..
I still need an Email address/Phone number.. Whoever has should buzz me privately and share. Thanks sorry about the denial bro, I’ve been in your shoes and know how sad and frustrating this can be. Was the submission in Abuja or Lagos ? |

Demilade1: Write to Nikita (You will see his email on their poster). Explain to him and he will ask you to provide your denied visa as a proof for your claim. Then refund form will be sent to you to fill, and in less than one week you will be refunded.
I got his email address: Nikita.Balram@momentum.co.za hey bro, I did study visa for someone last year which got denied, can I still get a refund on the momentum which expired March this year ? |

Travel › Re: Current Predicament. Please Read And Advise by ZubyDee: 7:30am On May 19, 2019 |
Ruthiegal: Thanks sir. Please I still need advise from other people. You guys should not just read and ignore. Please offer some form of advise too. I’m not sure this requires public opinion because you’ll end up getting confused on what to decide. If your hubby is doing well in South Africa then you have no issue here. You can visit and apply for study visa after arriving, and after your child is born, you get Nigerian passport from consular. And you can also add your child to your study visa. |

sirgigs: These SA folks are one kind.
Applied first in March with a documents and BOOM refusal with excuse of unverifiable invite Letter. Yet the inviting org claims they didn't receive any email nor phone call from the SA embassy.
Okay I reapplied on the 18th April and till date, no word. Na wa Oooo my brother, some of us here apply for short visit visa, and have been waiting since March and no update on our application so far. You only reapplied last month, be patient: mine will be 2 full months on next week Wednesday. |

Mimicle101: But if I may ask. How about the visa. If she is to prepare for 2020 would she stil be granted the visa. Cos after paying so much and both school fees would all that be a waste? Cos I was never aware that visa can take 3 months and stil counting. Wouldn't that mean they are intentionally doing that don’t worry, your sis will get the visa, since you guys already paid school fees. Try and see if the school can write them on you guys behalf. |

WordFamous: @ Zubydee thanks. But I already paid fully for 5 days AirBnB in Pretoria from May 14th-19th. It's the remaining 23 nights after that I booked via hotels.com.
Will this work...or you must pay for every single day on your return ticket?
Anyone please. Thanks
quote author=ZubyDee post=78346944] was the booking paid for ? If not atleast make 3 days payment if not you’ll not be allowed in at Poe. 5 days fully paid, then you have no problem at poe, all they need is the proof that have somewhere to stay once you enter the country. You have no problem bro, best of luck on your trip. |

Please try and do separate booking, don’t allow the little money you’re trying to save make one of you get deported. I stay here and know how things goes here. Tommy77: The major reason for asking the question is that am going with a friend and we want to get a room with two bed. I just want to know maybe its must to pay for the hotel room or not, because if I pay with my master card and the receipt is issue on my name, I don't know maybe is advisable for both of us to present the receipt to SA immigration officer as where we both want to stay. Please guys is it must to pay or not? If not we will just do separate booking and pay when we get there Tommy77: The major reason for asking the question is that am going with a friend and we want to get a room with two bed.
