A Global Peace Index ranking was conducted recently, this is how some African nations stand. Least Peaceful nation in Africa: 5. Nigeria 4. Central African Republic 3. Democratic Republic of Congo 2. Sudan 1. Sudan Most Peaceful nation in Africa: 5. Ghana 4. Namibia 3. Mozambique 4. Botswana 5. This research and assessment is bias and lacks substance. That about 3 states out of 36 are currently having security challenges does not qualify Nigeria as one of the least peaceful state. They conducted the research here, some live here, and have not been hurt, yet they argue that Naija is not peaceful. |

Idokojimmy: This research and assessment is bias and lacks substance. That about 3 states out of 36 are currently having security challenges does not qualify Nigeria as one of the least peaceful state. They conducted the research here, some live here, and have not been hurt, yet they argue that Naija is not peaceful.Are you insinuating that Nigeria was peaceful before the emergence of boko haram? The bombings is just an icing on the cake. Nigeria has always been a troubled spot. |

In as much its difficult as a patriotic citizen not to fault this research (or whatever it is called), it would be difficult not to agreed with the conclusion or can I say Nigeria is more peaceful than any of those others on the peaceful list ? |

@Post Is that a suprise? how can Nigeria be peaceful with all the boko haram bombing, the kidnapping, the armed robbery, the noise from generators, the nose from church and mosques. Agh! |
