Many moons ago, I wrote an inventory system as my school project. I helped develop another such program for one company in Naija back then. All these were done in the ancient language of DbaseIV. (dont laugh, it was the tops in those days). I tried my hands at VB also. But the best part of me came when I managed a payroll system based on MS Access. I had to migrate most of the functions from a Clipper (another achaic language) based system to MS Access. It involved much head banging. But I got it working. It was on a job and I lasted there for six yrs.

These days, I am trying my hand at web design. Experimenting with PHP + Mysql based content management systems.

Hi All,

Would anyone want to volunteer to write an enterprise application over the web?

This project would not be for the faint-hearted, It would take about 100,000 man-hours of work to finish it, But the rewards would be out of this world,
Re: What Software Have You Created? by ahuramazda(m): 1:27pm On Dec 24, 2007
Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo Typeface (Fonts) is the little I can contribute.

Windows version (All Platform) and Apple Macintosh version is available since 1990.

Use for Igbo Oxford Dictionary in 1990 by a topmost Publishing House in the country on Apple Macintosh (Check this out in any Bookstore) Likewise all their Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa publications. Also, many of the leading Publishing House, Christain organization and Business Center enjoy this little contribution.

Direct typing that give you "o" "e" "s" with their dot underneath in True Type. Likewise Naira sign and many other Nigeria special characters available from your keyboard in any of this three language.

The fonts and their User Guide is available. Contact ahura027mazda@yahoo.com to place your request.
