Please i would appreciate it if more light is shed on this controversial issue. Sex is designed for married people. Fasting as well, as much as i understand, is meant to be observed with a mind centered on holiness. Inasmuch as we shouldnt starve our partners of sex and its like, would it be out of place to say as a christian,one is not fulfilling his marital obligations by denying the other party at one of these very sensitive period of fasting?

when you fast, you keep away from fleshly pleasure. thats what makes it a fast. its not about God being angry. But it must be done with consent of your partner.

1 Corinthians 7:5
Do not refuse and deprive and defraud each other [of your due marital rights], except perhaps by mutual consent for a time, so that you may devote yourselves unhindered to prayer. But afterwards resume marital relations, lest Satan tempt you [to sin] through your lack of restraint of sexual desire.

Assuming a married couple who are fasting from 6am to 6pm daily (for 21 days or 1 month), is it ok for they to have sexx after 6pm (after breaking the daily fast) during the 21 day fast?

It depends on what you and your partner agreed with God you would be giving up during the fast (just food or food+sekz) or what kind of fast was actually prescribed. Also bear in mind that different situations give rise to the need for fasting, and as such you won't even be thing about sekz on some fasts!
