What a misleading headline! Adobe has not stopped supporting flash player for mobile phones!

Lord_Reed: What a misleading headline! Adobe has not stopped supporting flash player for mobile phones!
Exactly! This means that only selected mid end and high end smartphones would henceforth support flash content from adobe.

BRO pls read the report again or google more about. The headline is right. Adobe want to stop the support of flash for mobile phones. Android jelly bean 4.1 will run on advance smartphones and yet it wont support it. what does that tells you?

Ok I have Googled. Yes Adobe will stop Flash on mobile but your OP doesn't put that across. Your OP is talking about Adobe ceasing Flash support for Android 4.1 JellyBean.

let me clearify you! when a developer says it has stop support of a software for a particular platform, it doesnt mean that the already available software will magically stop working. It simply means that there will be no more future updates, bug fixes or technical support for that platform.

Are you joking or what? The reason Adobe is doing this is HTML5 not a battle with MS Windows.

Actually this will enhance the development of HTML5, which we hope to bring a better flash support to mobile. Although when it comes to flash, adobe is still king.
