In particular, some Police officers presently serving in the Southern parts ofthe country including Northern officers from crises states like Borno, Yobe, Kaduna, Bauchi and Gombe, are said to be among those trying everything humanly possible including lobbying to ensure they are not posted.
So, Nigerian police officers are not happy right now. A lot of them will be moved out of their comfort zones, where they have “established” themselves well. And, we do not need a soothsayer to know that most of them will not resign. Besides the fact that the officer might stillbe boiling from being transferred, they might not understand your local language; so, keep it formal, pidgin, or simple English. But whatever you do, never you do “pshew” for “MOFO”.
