Wow, all to the tiny design, we got it down.

Wow, where did these designers go to school? Nigeria? I'm beyond impressed.

Shows that we can do things OUR way and still do it great.

Cake and traditional clother 9/10

Facial expression 2/10

Lol 95% of them don't look Nigerian tho, they need to work on that grin

@Onila I am sooo loving Nigerian weddings. I have been showing anyone who cares to look.

Questiobs:
Are these edible?
Do they actually taste nice?
What cake flavours and types are the ussually picked?
Are the dolls edible? Chocolate?
What does the calabash signifies?
And the suitcases? Pack and go?
And the cushions?

Sorry too many questions. Just loooove the Naija weddings!'

Although some people might be less "race conscious" in parts of Nigeria since Nigeria is a wholly black country except for a few foreign nationals and a few immigrants, I have to say that the white or pale skinned bride and groom in some of these cakes are still a bit confusing/surprising. Even if those getting married have no problem with these whiter skinned figures because they don't care about the skin color (which is fine - it's just a cake, after all), wouldn't it still feel (for the bride and groom and the guests) like the figures were less representative of the people actually getting married?

Anyway, some of these cakes looked really nice and creative. Kudos to the cake makers.

But how come when they are not both sitting on the cakes, only the man is sitting, cant be man be a gentleman and stand while the woman is sitting . . Lol tongue
