Do federal ministers need to sign a performance contract bond before they can be fired for non performance? Why is this coming only few weeks after the National Assembly threatened to impeach Mr President for poor budget implementation and lackluster performance of the executive? Why was the signing event celebrated with fun-fare in the full glare of journalists and pressmen? Are we not used to this usual antics of “motion without movement” and Raising artificial dust to quell public outcry and do nothing until similar criticisms crop up again? Why is this coming now, when Mr President has been in power for over two years? Is Mr President Proactive or Reactive? Do SHOELESS young people become CLUELESS when old? Just thinking aloud!
