The federal Government should stop the contract given to former top Niger Delta militants Dokubo-Asari, Tompolo and others to guard pipelines or else Boko Haram members should be invited and given such contract, National President of African Youths for Conflict Resolution and Prevention Dr Suleiman Shuaibu, said in Kaduna yesterday.

Tompolo, Dokubo-Asari, Boyloaf and Ateke Tom are being paid respectively N5.1bn, N1.44bn, N608m and N608m yearly by the Nigerian Na-tional Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) to protect the pipelines from oil scooping.

“It is obvious that President Goodluck cannot handle the mantle of leadership of Nigeria because he cannot maintain justice. If Asari Dokubo, Tompolo and others can be given N6.32bn to guard pipelines that they are ones destroying and which is an offence punishable under the constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria, that shows the high level of injustice”, Shuaibu said.

Northerners, he said, are tired of Jonathan’s inhumanity and insincerity and therefore called on the northern elites to wake up from their slumber.

“Already, they have killed the northern states; we don’t have power, money, foods, our markets, business centres are all gone; Kano, Maiduguri, Kaduna, Yobe, Sokoto, Bauchi, Gombe, Plateau are all gone. Are we not Nigerians?,” he asked.

On his own part, the President of Civil Rights Congress of Nigeria (CRC), Shehu Sani, said the “widely revealed payment of billions of tax payers’ money to leaders of the Niger-Delta militants stands condemned”, saying it clearly exposes the facade and the inherent fraud in the truce and the amnesty program. However, what Sani forgot to mention is that the monies paid to the militants in security contracts are not "tax payers" money, but are oil money sourced from the Niger Delta. Sani also forgot to mention that ol money is what is sustaining EVERY state in the North which are literally not contributing much to the federal purse but are being sustained by the oil money sourced from the Niger Delta. Without federal allocation which is sourced from oil receipts, no northern state ccann Stan on its own.

Sani also said the “huge and scandalous” payment to pacify the militants clearly demonstrate that the agitation in the Niger-Delta was not about the plights of the suffering people there but a machantile and bogus approach to state extortion and blackmail.

The Niger Delta militants were fighting for the oil in their lands which the external colonial masters handed over the internal colonialists.

Government says okay, stop fighting, let us bring you in as stake holders.

Now, Mr. Suleiman, what is your pet Boko Haram fighting for?

Sharia law? The cutting of limbs and stoning to death?

Ok, GEJ, please, ward contract to the Boko Haram guys, to supply machetes, axes and saws for limb cutting.
Also, award them contracts to supply stones of killer sizes for the "guilty" ones.

Also, since some of them are "fighting" to get choice virgins in "Allah's" doamin, you might as well give them contract to supply virgins to the suicide bombers.
You see, if they have the virgins here, they might not want forget "Allah's" virgins and will not want to die through suicide again.

Emm, Oga Suleiman, hope I am kworekt?

Wonders they say, shall never end.

hehehehe....! keep giving it to them bro. i think this ppl reason from their anus. they contribute absolutely nothing to the nation yet they want the best from the national treasury. the few cows they manage to grow, they charge the hell out of the consumers because to them, those cows are not part of the national endowment. but what is naturally deposited in another man's domain gives them sleepless night because they call it our oil.
