We categorize our type of dredging into two :

1. Borrow pit: this is where investors buy a portion of land believe to be hill area ,we assist to collect a certificate to excavate and sell the soil realize to the public for building purpose. there is quite a lot of money in this investment.

2.Water dredging: sharp sand is pump out with a dredger equipment and the sharp sand pumped out is also sold to builders for block making,mortal mixing and other building purpose.( though this is more capital intensive but it is like money ritual )

you can not sell sand and shot , if Government gives the certificate to dredge or operate a borrow pit , that is just it .

PERIODIC DELIVERY
1.Daily income of the investor is #15,000:00 for the first 6 month contract signed (read terms & conditions)
2.Assets given to us on periodic deliver: Contract agreement for six month only is first signed and maintenance is shared with the investor depending on the type and condition of the assets as time of possession basically investor does any major Body or engine repairing and replacement of major damaged parts, wheels and tires. While we do weekly engine services only.

we accept new tippers two times a year( every six month ),therefore we are collating assets that will work with us starting from February next year when we shall start paying our investor again.
