PROPOSAL / TERMS MANAGING YOUR TIPPERS ON OUR DREDGING SITE.

All tippers are kept in our dredging sites, either at Bayeku Ikorodu dredging site or Ajah dredging sites under our haulage management to get regular supplies with the following conditions:

1. Our haulage managers over-see daily activity of all the trucks and assign supplies to trucks in good condition to meet its daily delivery.
2. The truck managers supervise the drivers and motor boys movements.
3. The truck managers record daily work, maintenance and gives daily account to truck owners via SMS and mail.
4. The truck managers give weekly record and pay into client account weekly income.
5. Daily, weekly or monthly maintenance and repair cost of each truck is communicated to the truck owner and mode of payment to settle the cost repair is agreed to the manager by the truck owner as soon as possible.
6. During heavy raining days, if the truck needs to be parked to the tarmac to avoid road risk or avoidable damages caused by flood in the wheels , it shall be communicated early enough to the truck owner.
