From 1999 Obasanjo, Jonathan, the governors, local government chairmen, members of the houses of assembly, ministers., commissioners, councillor and all other government officials had no choice to buy shares in the company. The foundation and head office for corruption was laid and buit with concrete and iron by the former military leaders and those that have been rulling the country for 37 years, out of Nigeria 52years of independence.
