SO THIS IS WHAT GALATIANS 1 VS 4 IS SUMMARIZING. NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WHOLE WORLD. JUST THE ELECTED OF WHOM PAUL WAS ONE OF THEM AS WELL AS ALL THE AUTHORS OF THE NEW TESTAMENT.
