Mantras by Nobody: 2:55pm On Oct 07, 2016
In the beginning there was sound, and if there were to be no sounds then the world would not exist.

Sound creates structure or forms based on the principle of sympathetic resonance. For instance if you tune a tuning fork you will observe that the one next to it will also resonate on the same frequency in sympathy. Sound and resonance are important in our lives. It has in fact created the world!

The ancients in their wisdom discovered that our Chakras i.e the energy centers in our bodies are responsive to specific sounds we shall call Mantras. These root sounds or mantras can and do influence the DNA of the matter inside of us, when all the energy centers are awakened in a harmonious manner, things will happen for us automatically with least of our efforts.

There are mantras to bring one out of emotional or physical pain, mantras to destroy mental suffering, for fulfillment and accomplishment, there are also mantras to protect from accidents, ill health, and mantras to bring you out of confinement. Mantras are gifts of the Divine to help obliterate the darkness of our minds.

But then Sound makes no judgments. Mantras work for good or for bad based on the nature of the mantra being utilised. Just as there are good mantras, there are harmful mantras. Just as you can heal a person in a matter of hours with a root mantra, you could just as easily kill a person with the appropriate mantra.

Therefore, one must be careful how they are used.

Belief in any religion is not necessary to use a Mantra, one does not need to believe in God, Allah, Jesus ,Vishnu or what have you in order to experience or obtain the full benefits of a "given" Mantra, the efficacies of mantras transcends earthly religion. In fact you need not even have belief in the mantra you recite, it is not required. Mantras are Divine and universal they work irrespective of your personal circumstance. It is enough that the mantra is recited with feeling and depth in the manner prescribed.

The most effective mantras are those recited in the Divine language of Sanskrit, a language that captures and encapsulates the primordial sounds of the universe particularly the root sound “OM”. This is not to say that Mantras in other languages are not effective, they are but the difference in effects can be marked.

Oh yes, the beginning was a mantra and the mantra was with and was God. Even the breathe of life is actually a mantra (Sefer Yetzirah) and all things created was of this.

Thank you for your interest. Mantras are indeed a gift and a benevolence of the Divine to mankind, given in order to help alleviate and remove the daily individual and global obstacles of mankind. The ancients spent many a lifetime in meditation and transcendence in order to receive and give these mantras to the world. We should use them because they exist purely for our benefit and if the vast majority of humanity recognized the efficacy of Mantras then the world would be a much better place.

Utilising mantras for one’s own benefit or the benefit of greater humanity is perhaps one of the easiest and simplest things a person can do. There are a few strictures to be observed, the most important being what my personal Guru would term “a One-point-mind” meaning complete and utter focus on the mantra-but with a detachment. In truth, recitation of a mantra is an appeal to one’s own subconscious, being nine-tenths of our entire sentient being, it is an appeal to the Divine that exists in each of us and our sub-conscious is the most powerful element we possess, no matter what our desire, if we transmit our “needs” to our sub-conscious mind in the appropriate manner, then it gets done.

One of the ways of getting through to the sub-conscious mind, by-passing the treacherous conscious mind is by reciting a mantra. In preparation, the mind should be cleared, settled and at peace. The mantra can be recited first aloud in repetitions of 108 and successively in the mind until you become one with the mantra, that is to say your sub-conscious recites the mantra of its own volition. In some specialised cases, a mantra must be transmitted from a Guru/teacher to the receiver, this is to ensure that the integrity of the mantra in terms of intonation, feeling and pronouncement is intact, but for many others they can be recited as is.

Perhaps we could take a look at one or two specific mantras.

Very instructive as usual. I am glad you have resumed with your educative threads.

With regards to Mantras, I have seen a renown nigerian prophet (name withheld) performing healing with the use of written sentences (Mantras). He tried at first to recall the sentences to be pronounced by heart, but he could not. He then went back to the pulpit and took a paper where it was written. He read it aloud and asked for the lady awaiting healing to repeat after him... all in the name of "speaking in tongues".

The Phrases were powerful enough. I could feel the measure of power associated with it with the help of my "device". She barely could finish the sentence, she was taken down to the ground with the help of no one. The "prophet" did not even touch her, nor look at her.

I then understood, most of these prophets are not even rooted in "christ".

Thank you. Very astute, it is a common occurence. I have transmitted the Durga sloka which is used specifically for healing to at least two parties who use it very successfully even today but it should not be done theatrically and always with respect.

I really appreciate your efforts to transmit a (tiny) bit of your knowledge, which is hardly equaled in this forum.

I have no qualms with Pastors and prophets using Mantras for the common good. My concern is that, they do so, while pretending to be "messiahs", "major prophets" , "oracles of God" and other pompous titles. Worse still, they deliberately maintain the people in bondage and darkness. The allegory about giving a fish and teaching to fish applies here. Instead of secretly using a mantra to heal someone, then claim it is because you are a mighty prophet of God, why not tell them the Truth and show them the way to spiritual autonomy and fulfillment?

This is the very reason why, in my 20's, when I began to have these revelations, I ran away from this position of "Pastor". I was hypocrite enough not to tell them, they were wrong in their teachings, but I wasn't enough hypocrite to pose as a Pastor, and teach things I knew wwould keep people in ignorance darkness and bondage.

Thanks for your kind words.
It is indeed the bane of present day religion that lines become blurred, hypocrisy, self-aggrandizement and the chase of lucre seems far more important than actual spiritual development. It is a shame.

Re: Mantras by Nobody: 1:08am On Oct 27, 2016
I am reluctant to post Sanskrit Mantras due to their sensitivity so I will consider carefully before I proceed but in the meantime I will share a mantra that can be used by anyone, it is indeed a gift of a gem, it is extremely powerful and potent.

Occasionally in life we find ourselves under constant worry, heart-break and a troubled mind, sometimes it is a worry that one cannot confide to another person and yet is extremely sorrowful and one feels grief-stricken, stranded or even broken. These words from SAVITRI will remedy such a situation virtually immediately regardless the issues, it will get sorted. Here it is, repeat as often as you can and watch the Divine work wonders.

“THE VEIL IS TORN, THE THINKER IS NO MORE
AND ALL IS KNOWN”.

Last night I slept off because I was in pains and then I woke up feeling a tard scared cos of something I saw.
I tried to pray and I couldn't, but I asked God for help. That was how I landed on your profile. I have been reading your topics line by line.

I wish to ask though, are you a Wizard? If you aren't one, what are your thoughts on Withcraft?
I mean, I understand that we should be generally scared and cast and bind anything that has Witch in it...but lately, I'm toying with the idea that the term might have gotten a bad wrap and things aren't really as they seem....like there might actually be people who practice as witches but they do so with positive intent.

Can you teach me more mantras? This one was really effective. Usually when something affects my spirit, I begin to speak in a strange manner and then I feel this calm and peace afterwards, and then I feel like I can take on the world again.

Please don't mind that I sound a tad incoherent. Maybe it's excitement smiley

I am not sure this is a matter of public discussion. But I have already seen the words of this mantra (though a bit different) in a great treatise about the cosmos. I would not however have imagined it was a mantra, unless you said it. But the literature in question, is great., especially in Sanskrit. It seems however there are English versions.

All the same, thank you for the Mantra. (This is also a way to technically ask you for more grin grin grin )

Hi there, I hope you find something useful in my posts. To answer your question, no I don’t practice Wicca so I don’t consider myself a wizard, I did learn sorcery but it is more to do with working with nature and influencing things in a positive manner. I do believe witchcraft is largely misrepresented particularly in Africa where what is considered witchcraft is anything but. Like everything else, witchcraft has it's positive and negative aspects and these really are a reflection of the practitioner.

For me, all the talk of binding e.t.c is essentially Pentecostal turkey-speak, what is important is that negative mind-sets are dispelled because we are what we think and positivity should be encouraged in one’s life. I will definitely be posting more mantras, check back on the thread from time to time.

You are absolutely privileged to have studied the discourse of Satyavan and Savitri. Personally I consider the 49 cantos delivered by Sri Aurobindo to be one of the most divinely inspired verses of all time. Savitri is the Divine word, the truth who was born to save. The book is so powerful that one can receive answers to life’s problems merely by opening up the pages at random. The mantra was revealed at a time of great tribulation and it is a beacon of light. I will definitely put up another set of mantras as soon as I can.

Indeed there are Mantras that can be invoked for specific healing. I want to avoid simply emitting lists of mantras without adequate preparation for users, but if there is any specific condition requiring a Mantra, then I am happy to help. Also as you know there are in indeed Mantras to influence and indeed wipe out the Kharmic influence of others, these are quite potent, they require discipline to use and have to be "transmitted" .

You inquired about Guided meditation, this implies a meditative practice where the inductee is practically walked or talked through a meditative process, usually through music, speech or other such accoutrements, essentially it is for beginners although it is also used in advanced forms of Yoga such as "Nidra Yoga". Transcendental meditation occurs where the practitioner basically slips one's self into a meditative trance through manipulation of mantras, or Pranayama (rythmic breathing) I hope this helps.

Yes it did.

I know about Raj yoga and pranayama though.

If you are to introduce a person to transcendental meditation, what books or audios will you recommend, or give out?
